It makes sense now why Sumeet agreed to be back for this track

He knew he would reunite mom and dad as Gautam while also sending an important message across about how fathers are valued only when they fulfil wishes and demands but they also have feelings, they can be hurt too by feeling like their worth is judged only by their monetary contributions.

I liked that he was clear enough to make his son understand he loves him as a parent and will forever love him, but he’s tired of being asked to prove his love with his finances. He sounded so much like Tulsi’s son today there, telling his own son that as a parent his heart is full of love for him always but he’s also human and has his limitations. Tulsi accepted her limitations by apologising to her son while also clearly telling him that she would never give up on him and he did the same tonight with his own son.

I loved that he confessed everything to his parents, including what he did and regretted not stopping the divorce sooner.

Personally for me, the best part of today’s episode was Tulsi lighting up on seeing Gautam and thinking Mihir accomplished where she failed and not for a moment did she even mind that. Her heart was instantly full thinking her son is back. It didn’t matter to her that he would be swayed by Mihir but not her. There wasn’t even a stray thought in her mind that arose as mild jealousy. In the grand scheme of things it was a small moment but I don’t know why but it touched my heart the most today. Until that moment aired I thought it was Gautam crying and hugging his dad like a child again but this took the cake for me simply because it was so wholesome and purely sweet.

Aaj ki episode se mujhe laga acchayi hamesha burayi se haarti hai.

In a way, Noina is successful in her plan of separating Tulsi n Mihir thrice, one emotionally, then physically and now leagally . And Tulsi ki sacchayi and acchayi haargyi.

Agree with you! Look at the situation- she has just divorced her husband of 44 years and her heart is naturally heavy!! Yet the moment she sees Gautam she totally lights up!! She’s so happy with Mihir too that he got their son back home!! Jealousy toh door ki baat hai!!

Loved the other scene you mentioned too : Gautam Mihir scene! At the end of that scene, AU portrayed the shock so well!!
