And this is what manvik's problem is vik takes everything at face value and don't use instinct to atleast investigate... Mannat does have instinct but she will put allegations on people without proofs which is wrong because when situations are such dire you have to have proofs not only to prove it to others but also to be sure for yourself that you are not misunderstanding or being biased and don't end up doing injustice to other side..

She knew what UV was capable of having seen it firsthand during Indore fiasco. Had Dua not saved him on time, Bunty would’ve been minced meat under the car. Similarly having known Bunty long enough, she knows he won’t lie to implicate someone unfairly just to get even. And correct me if I’m wrong, she didn’t outrightly declare UV as the culprit, she just stood up for Bunty when it was being implicated by Vikrant that he’s lying to get back at UV, just on the basis of his and Dua’s dislike for UV. As a matter of fact, she didn’t even threaten for Vikrant to be jailed/UV to be spanked/punished/ shamed Malla/Vik’s upbringing of UV, unlike how Vikrant behaved during the gola fiasco. I can bet again had the situations been reversed, Vikrant would have gone out guns blazing with no second thoughts given about anyone! When it comes to him, he believes sorry is enough to make up for all the “raita he has failoed” as evident from this dawaat-e-chef where it was the second time this “mismanagement” happened due to which again a blast took place that too when there are kids involved!

Vikrant is shown to be running on personal vendetta against Mannat, still holding grudges against Mannat for everything that happened pre-leap but the same can’t be said for Mannat.

That’s the difference between the two, and that’s why it’s hard for atleast me to support him when his double standards are so glaring! Also why I can never equate their mistakes pre and post leap!

Even I felt there’s a change in her basic character. But maybe they will work on the actress and give her time. The previous Dua seems more mature and honestly kind of treacly sweet preachy towards the end.

Also like you said, it is easy to form that bond with Vik on a clean slate

Honestly idk why people expect more out of DK. He’s not the ML to so folks need to stop placing him at the same pedestal as Vikrant. Vikrant should be called out more because we need him to be better given he’s the ML! How DK behave is irrelevant, it’s people who’ve hyped him so much on SM by constantly discussing and criticising him even more than the leads, the reason I feel his role has become meatier post leap!

DK for me is a plot device, to be treated as a support system for Mannat now and a possible hurdle for ManVik reunion post the misunderstandings getting resolved!

Ya moor i got it...but what if bunty being a child is misunderstanding the situation, it's not like bunty is God who would do no wrong,bunty is a human, a child....he could be mistaken, well mannat have immense trust on bunty so her trust should just make her believe in him and investigate in that direction, confront yuvi and know what the scenario is from his side and not directly come to conclusion and put such big blame without knowing other side.... Again pointing out the sensitivity of the situation, had it been any other situation such caution is not required, but when it's such an complex and sensitive issue one should trust their close ones but also should maintain objectivity to act on proofs so that they might not accidentally do injustice to opposite side..

Vik is wrong in a wanting proofs at every step.. and mannat is wrong in wanting blind trust which is not only unrealistic but also wrong.... because such blind trust will only make us biased towards our close ones and we might end up doing injustice to other side, so in sensitive issues it's better to act with proofs even if it means challenging our close ones but as I said even when on opposite sides we can fight for our own versions of truth but still be emotionally supportive and understanding to our close ones... that way we are ensuring justice to our close ones and also to the ones on opposite side.

He’s papa ka prince to Vikrant the same way Vikrant was papa ka prince to Ronnie. One apology and he’ll go “arey mera bacha is such a mature kid look he’s even admitting and apologising for potentially harming a kid” while the rest of mango people have to go through the judiciary process set up by Lord Vikrant where he’s the jury and the judge

That's exactly my point she is being prejudiced in her stance, the thing she called out Vik for in indore... she called out Vik for just hearing one side and passing judgment, she did the same today , she having seen yuvi's behavior in indore and trusting bunty can have instinct that yuvi could have actually did it, that should have been enough to confront yuvi and know his side but not enough to put such big allegation without knowing yuvi's side... Ya she did not want yuvi to be spanked/punished yuvi but did Vik wanted dua to be spanked/punished..yes Vik went overboard to call dua mannerless and shamed her.. Didn't mannat to shame yuvi by putting such big allegations about him without knowing his side...?

I don't support Vik.. I already said mannat rightfully pointed out Vik for being prejudiced in Indore... but today mannat did the same.... And as I have mentioned both mannat and Vik are wrong... Vik just acts on information in front of him and don't act on instincts or investigate.. And mannat acts on instincts but puts blames even before having solid proofs... Both are wrong..
