There might be Indian laws for that but to initiate any action against her there has to be a case filed against her for ordering those drugs the trail has to be established beyond the shadow of a doubt. But for all we know there might be a statute regarding this - it happened per timeline over 6 years ago, so can a case be even registered against her if the timeline has lapsed? I mean look at Me Too, it was such a big deal when it came out but name one person who suffered for it.

Currently everyone is talking about the Epstein Files; I bet you not one person will ever be prosecuted for their crimes.

There is probably a new Epstein already out there somewhere who has replaced him, we will perhaps know about him in a couple of decades or we may never hear of it again in our lifetimes, but our awareness is not the proof of it’s existence; it existed long before we knew Epstein and will do so long after we are gone too. The names and faces will change but not the ugly reality that such things happen.

Noina may never face any consequences for her actions legally at least… but I hope she does face some karmic repercussions like Pari.

Karmically, there are chances but legally there is no guarantees given that there are lots of improbabilities at play here. We don’t know if the trail can be established since it’s not even known to have happened. It’s the dark web making the whole process a lot more difficult to track down especially considering that the trail has gone cold in 6 years. The dealer might as well be dead. The statute of limitations is not clear for such a crime. Then there is ambiguity if a woman can even be prosecuted for such a crime as laws for male victims might not exist in such cases.

There is also no way to prove anything with forensic evidence as clearly the toxins have been flushed out of Mihir’s system ages ago.

More importantly, Noina has been living in at SN as his live-in partner for years now even if they don’t share a bedroom. So she can also claim how did Mihir get into a relationship with a woman who had assaulted him.

I hope karmically getting punished isn’t Pari’s type by getting everything she wants at the end after all the crimes. What does Pari even lack now? She has a loving and supporting family always ready for her. She will eventually get the child too and Ajay she’s already getting. She didn’t suffer much. Her suffering was just to show that now she deserves happiness. If she had told her mom the truth about all she had done and did something for her parents, may be I would’ve liked her a bit. But now she’s getting everything on a platter and Tulsi like a blind mom calls her crimes as nadani. Personally I like bad girl getting happiness, but here Pari hasn’t done much to redeem herself.

Only good point is Ajay and Pari look good together and both are decent actors so far. So ppl are liking their scenes. Otherwise, Pari hasn’t suffered to deserve Ajay. But I guess it’s realistic. Pari has supportive parents and family so she’s getting everything she wants despite what she did. That’s how girls from supportive families get everything. They are nearly almost always lucky in life

The status of limitation for sexual assault in California is 10 years. Getting drugs is less. Not sure how long it is for making someone else drugged.
