I kind of enjoyed yesterday's episode too! Despite Dixits' crap, Parshuram seemed to take the center stage after so long. Dixits are despicable bunch of people.

So all men in the family are losers, and hence they decided to keep gloating about their non existent izzat. If they really cared about their reputation, ideal way hould have been to find the middle ground and break off with criminal but nope, they chose to pamper him!

But I loved the the way he smartly realized connect with Noodle Hair Guy, and hid right on time; called up Dipali to verify the truth was really good and nicely written I am glad Dipali didn't reach the point and announced missing groom but realistically said how she misses kids and Shalini in the functions, frustrating Parshuram to no extent if only he could just scream at her too, "Woman! Just answer the question I asked, and drop the call"

And right after the call in today's episode he vented out with Balram's name in loudest possible tone. Someday, we can have screaming competition in the show, and I am not kidding. I knew it! I knew it, her mom would blabber about Shiv being at home, but how come smartest guy didn't think of just saying he was in office

Coming to main plot of today, Shalini claiming, "she is not interested in loving Shiv" and my mind runs back to agenda and backstories, but I am going to let it slide.

I think it's already discussed, I did not like the timing of Shiv's "I told you so..." Moment given she just had mentioned goons have entered the house with gun and threatening, he seriously lost it for real when Shalini mentioned that goons are pointing gun at children and scaring them.

You know till that point, since Shiv wasn't serious about the Shalini's worry, I was low-key assuming if Shiv sent goons to just request Shalini to not take digs with these people and let Parshuram handle it all; but he may have realized that his plan backfired and real goons reached the place when threat lingered on children. You know it really looked very odd; but anyway I think it was just bit of a scene issue.

Now coming to my favorite part! The way goons verified and came outside to meet their friends was hilarious Parshuam is lucky to have some fools there; because I was kind of scared since Malhar in yesterday's episode said to finish the family! But glad they left and then came Parshuram swooping in the car and doing exactly what I expected him to do - SHOOT!!

No Brownie point there; but his anger, his aggression when he went to teach those bad guys lesson was bomb! His crime list, and his anger when he said "Ek Baap Jo apni family ko bachane ke liye apni jaan sacrifice kar sakta hai, uss family par you put your gand nazar" and that literal point of him trying to just pull out his eyes. I was DEAD there!! Wake me up tomorrow at 8.30 PM.

Thank God 🙏 Kids and Shalini have been saved today from those goons😄. Parshuram got to say I told you so to his tigress. He got to shoot some legs and arms, punch a face with a crushing blow👊😎💯. All in all, enjoyed the episode today 👍💯

Also this article gives the core intent, conflict of this story! It is a fact that ShivPrasad lies, and we know why he lies. But are these lies worth it when his marriage is going to be tested? How will he balance his life successfully. Thats the whole conflict.

If he has loved his wife truly and cared for her, he will ultimately pass the trust test when his dual life starts to create problems for them. Job he will manage, but an unhappy wife and family under threat, will he able to manage??

I am still not 100% sure about lies at this point because he did mention trust is foundation of any relationship, and lies cannot be base for trust. My clear doubt here is that can Shalini be trusted? She talks and blabbers anything and everything when she is angry and Dixits will give her every reason to be angry - what if? And at the same time I feel bad for her, and would like to believe that she wouldn't do such thing.

And you know these are exact reasons, why I hope they give us the backstory. I am hoping to write the short story, but then I am not even sure how much would it resonate with writers' point of view in the show.

All right here's my take on the latest episode-

1-Shivprasad is clever but not careful in hiding his Spy cover-

a) Shalini was surprised to hear from her mom Dipali that Shiv lied to Dipali regarding his location-of being present in the house while Shalini knew that Shiv was busy in an insurance meeting with 2 potential clients.This anomaly could raise an alarm in Shalini's mind in the future if not now.

b) Shiv despite being an undercover officer has been lax in ensuring protection for his family.His family has been under threat due to Dodo and Kabir not once but twice now.Yes he deeply loves his family like any family-man but loving and protecting a family are two different things.Why isn't he deputing Balram to depute 2 or 3 plainclothes men for his family?

2- There were speculations of Shalini being a female spy like her mate due to some lie she spoke to Shiv earlier and even Sunday's promo hinted at some connection with Babbar.But I think Shiv has just got a fiesty wife and not some spy as speculated whose power is high decibel shouting and slapping anti social elements.

3-Interestingly that Babbar has some connection with that Lady Contract Killer also as disclosed in the new promo.

4- Shiv's intricate plan enabled him to not only save his family but the re-capture of Dodo and Kabir as well.However he's biting off more than he can chew-he's neither slick like Hamza or cunning like Tiger.Such Dhurandhar tricks won't always work.

5- The Dixits have got both-money-power and influence and even Kabir comes from a powerful clan too.Both the Dixits and Kabir's clan won't spare any expense to target either Parshuram or his family.Even Babbar is after him.

6- Yes Shiv has got an entire team of Balram and Co. as backups and he could get more additional cops if needed against those criminals however that would risk his cover being blown apart one day.Already Chintu knows his Dad's secret.

7-Shalini might not be a Spy like Jagdhatri however I don't think that she's gullible enough not to connect the dots.Pihu has informed her about gunshots on the phone not once but twice along with the latest info she got from Dipali these two facts are enough for Shalini to suspect her Spy mate Parshuram.

8- Shalini could be Babbar's accomplice or ex crime-partner.Shalini's reaction on seeing Babbar suggests that Dixits and Babbar both have an illegal criminal empire.

Today's episode was really cute. Wholesome family moments. Shalini as usual was really angry seeing Shiv being casual about the attacks and rightfully so... she was ready to go to her maykaa..little did she know..it was her maykaa only who's orchestrating such deadly attacks on her children . She was really determined to go to her mayka with Chintu and Pihu but gave up eventually...when Shiv convinced her with his flirting and cheeky lines . Bechari Shalini got frustrated that she even can't be angry on him as he always melts her anger and convinces her. That moment was lovely followed by Sheetal's call to Shalini. We hear Shivalini's first meet; how her singing made Shiv give her a rose and they fell in love at first sight. Hopefully makers actually show some of their lovely moments at flashback. The episode ended with a cliffhanger of Sheetal telling Shalini the name of the saviour..

Episode was cute today. No dixits , which is a relief . Though Shalini wanted to leave Shiv and go to her mayka with the children 🫪.. I wouldn't blame her for wanting to do that after the way Shiv tried to divert her attention from the bad guys trying to harm her and the children to vegetables and fish. He needs to come up with better diversion tactics

Chintya and paa's understanding of their little secret and Shiv's advice to him about being a good human first was endearing and realistic 😍💯. Pihu and Chintu packing their pa's clothes, bag and chatri to go to Nana's place! I wish they actually did that once. All four of them show up on Malhar's front door and surprise him with the chatri. Wonder how many twists his face would turn on seeing Shiv coming for a sleepover with his family and the chatri. Shiv called them rakshas today

Shiv did manao Shalini by saying there is pyaar lacking in her parents' home, aww.. he knows exactly what to say and melt her into his arms😍💯. Mein mayke chali jaungi to mein tumse katti hun . Those family moments were so cute 🥰.

Sheetal, the smoker reveals a little bit about the first time Shiv met Shalini. So she sings and dances well, that's how they met and fell in love 💕. She is about to reveal the name of Parshuram who arrested Kabir.

Precap: so Shalini knows that taklu guy.. sorry forgot his name🫪.. interesting! Shalini is or was involved in some activities with the guy and the smoker then🤔🧐

I feel Shalini also might be a spy herself! Maybe she’s also hiding it from Shiv?

As usual I have a lot to say, but I am thinking of making a separate post on Shivprasad, not to defend him, but you know I am loving how makers are being so realistic about his character. I was annoyed with his "I told you so" attitude yesterday, but you know something, it's not him! After watching his conversation Chintu, I realize makers have done really good job in writing his performance but they are unable to convey this clearly that he finds role playing difficult. He just wants his family to be happy, and leave rest of the worries on him; but he doesn't not get hang of those feelings because he has not really been there.

I will make a separate post on it.

Now coming to that mini - pointless love at first sight comment I am never huge fan of Love at First Sight troupe unless they are well-executed. Sorry, it takes me back to Pakhi Didi era No offense to anyone. But Love at First Sight should be accompanied by deeper connection, and built better than just Oh I saw you, I heard you sing, you gave me a rose and I am in love with you so deeply that I will leave my wealthy family for you - that's stupidity, and sheer luck if it worked. Hence, I NEED the better back story to really connect the love story in real sense. One thing additional to these troupes is definitely trust issue, and probably constant self-doubting trips - "Did I make the right decision?" And we can often see Shalini blabbing about her wealthy background and Shiv's middle class background (including yesterday, I let that slide because it had lot more things happening, plus Shiv's comment.)

That's one reason, my liking for his Parshuram role is little stronger than cute family sequences - Not saying those aren't good, trust me I love pairing, but their dynamics sometimes look unbalanced. Chintu seems to love his Paa only for his hero image, Pihu is the best, Shalini - Great Mother, citizen, and ok wife. So, I need more time to know them better.

Sheetal, how long is this woman going to torture us? Please someone tell me that her role is as short as cameo in normal soaps. Why does she keep talking some random crap about people.

Also, @AninditaB, do they show their past in original? I don't know how long and what additional set would they have needed to just show 30-second scene rather than just that audio clip. There has been many love at first sight stories that I have truly enjoyed but those ones really go beyond eyelocks and blushing people, had meaningful conversations, and slowly grown into a phase of understanding. I hope that was the case for Shivprasad and Shalini.

I missed emphasizing on how cute that whole sequence was where kids were packing paa's clothes. They didn't care to leave house and go to Maa's Mayka, as long as Paa tags along. It was adorable. Shiv does find them rakshas, doesn't he?

I love the way Shalini melts at his words, but who wouldn't! Right from cup of tea, to handling the meals, every line had "Awww" written all over it. Shalini is easiest person on Earth for people she truly loves, otherwise strong enough to handle bad people in many instances, but confused with reaction
