Today's episode was nice.

As usual I skipped Vishwas-Avantika scenes

Rads saying she is PMSing to justify her behavior and Manmeet was like Mrs Tandon ki friend kafi interesting hai

Manmeet gave apt reply to Dimple, kya muh band kiya and then Aarambhi too with Mujhe kya pata mummyji main doctor nahi hu na, aap hi to kehti hain. And Manmeet was like Mrs Tandon I hope aap inhe taana nahi de rahi. The whole scene was so fun.

So Arun is also married, and why didn't Aarambhi asked about her sis-in-law even once, she was not present all these days, such a big surgery happened. Looking at the precap I kind of understand why Aarambhi tolerated everything for 10 years without feeling wronged, see her mother and brother, I feel like she was conditioned to believe sacrifices are part of married life.

I felt so bad for the nurse. Bechari ki naukri hi gayi. Dr. Manmeet is so strict. But if case was not filed for Aarambhi I feel like nurse should also get one more chance.

i know the nurse's intent wasn't bad but she was going against the grain...i used to work in hospital during college part time at my own college hospital as a prior authorization coordinator so one has to maintain privacy and compliance, so i'm glad patient privacy decorum is maintained..i feel they should give the nurse a preliminary warning instead of firing her unless she was already on the verge of being fired then don't know what wouldve happened..

vihaan and arambhi scene was sweet as usual..

I feel as though if we, as an audience, were not aware of Vish's true nature from promos and if they hadn't revealed the cheating plot line in the first episode alone, it would've been a little harder to pinpoint the moments where he's tearing Aarambhi down without her even realizing it.

Also, for me, his use of "jaan" was as condescending as Salman Khan's use of "mera bachcha" in Biwi No. 1. (Soch ke bhi ulti aati hai. )

I want to know backstory of Rads and Aarambhi, their vibe matches so well. I also want to know her specialization, if they want her to compete Vishwas in future then it will be neurology.

I agree nurse did wrong but firing her I felt was too much, I would love if later they show they kept her after some punishment.

Vihaan is full on mumma's boy, may be also because Vishwas do not spend much time with him.

Hello all!

I'm not fully caught up on all the episodes yet because I tend to binge them whenever I have time, but the show seems really promising so far.

I absolutely adore Aishwariya as an actress, and I'm really excited to see her in this role. I'm also really intrigued to see Anjum in a negative role because I remember during the early days of KB that her character was supposed to turn negative, but Shrishti was so loved that they scrapped that idea, so I love that she has a chance to take a stab at a role like this.

While I understand the comparisons to Anupamaa, I feel like, beyond the cheating plot line and the message of being able to have a fresh start at any age, there aren't too many similarities between the two. In Anupamaa, they dragged her learning about Vanraj's affair across MULTIPLE episodes, while the point of this show is for Aarambhi to take control of her own life, so she's able to start doing much, much earlier because of how they're structuring this show.

Something I also really like is that the audience is shown that, unfortunately, women don't have to fit a certain archetype (ie, Anupamaa) to be victims of the patriarchy. Aarambhi nearly became a successful doctor, and outside of her interactions with her in-laws, she's shown to have a backbone, yet she fell under the pressure of her husband and in-laws to put her dreams on the back burner and make herself invisible in their presence.

There's also the difference between Vanraj and Baa's outright abuse of Anupamaa and Vish's manipulation of Aarambhi, coupled with his family's taunts. Both are equally evil in their own right, but one is much more noticeable than the other.

I'll probably have more to say as I catch up, but these are just some of my thoughts for now.

You pointed out difference between Anupama and this serial so well, specially colored section.

Also one more difference is Vanraj unlike Vishwas never wanted divorce.

Although there is no comparisons between cheaters but Vishwas wanted Aarambhi to die so I will say he is worse. Like it's one thing to cheat BUT to pray for someone's death is just inhumane, and specially for a person who has never done anything bad for you, living with someone for 10 whole years and not even a bit of sympathy

I was confused in today's episode flashback, like in one of the previous flashback it was shown that Aarambhi's father was completely against her marriage with Vishwas and Aarambhi later told that Vishwas told her he likes her and she is ready, but today they showed when Dimple and Sunil came with proposal Aarambhi did not even know who Vishwas is, and her father was not completely against infact gave her choice to choose herself and told her to talk to Vishwas about working after wedding

Vihaan is so brave, little boy didn't want her mumma to see him cry so he smiled

So today's episode confirmed, Vishwas and Avantika do have a daughter, they have photoframe in Avantika's living room and I guess she is going to be Vihaan's classmate in future.

Vishwas was never a good husband to Aarambhi and he will not be to Avantika, they are happy only as long as they are lovers, as husband wife they will just fight

Aarambhi's mum is another level delusional bhai, like your damaad refused to give his kidney to his wife even knowing she can die and you are singing his gungan, and who the hell told her he brought the donor. Aarambhi was focusing on her dreams seeing books and everything and she suddenly came and like Vishwasji this Vishwasji that and whole time I was like mam let her focus on important things, stop making her cry

Did Rads went back to Delhi? I want to know if she is shifting to Mumbai, it's hard to leave your well set job and everything and start at new place but still..

One more statement today, when Vishwas was on phone call with Vihaan and Raj and they asked him to say around even if he didn't like house may be they will, and he literally said -your opinion does not matter. Says a lot about him as a person, he is so so self centered with another level superiority complex

I liked how Aarambhi's family kept her room untouched even after 10 years to her marriage.And that video call pe sirf ceiling fan hi to dikhta hai, their scenes are relatable and homely.

arambhii was planning surgical pathology specialty now whether she chooses to do cardiology or surgery only makers know lol...
