It’s so genuinely rare to see such a huge group of people who can maintain such close bonds even after decades especially when most of them met as colleagues, as adults. Nowadays people can rarely keep up and in touch with friends they have known since childhood, be it from school or neighbours.

Nice to see them all chilling and Sumeet has an extremely good voice! Back then when the show was so huge, I am sure they hung out occasionally as and when they could but social media was still not a thing so we never got to see how it goes. Though I think once someone did mention in some IV a couple of years after Kyunki went off air that they have a WhatsApp group called Kyunki team or something like that and they all keep in touch via it especially to share something with the whole group. Of course there are one on one chats too for more personal stuff.

Good to see Tasneem there. Hope she gets back to the show too. It would be awesome to see her back as Mohini. She was genuinely funny and entertaining while playing a negative role, not an easy task to pull off.

Smriti seems pretty chill here. Looks like she can really let her hair down as these are her people, her friends. She doesn’t have to keep a straight face and no nonsense attitude as a politician around them. She’s just another colleague/friend hanging out with people who don’t see her as a former cabinet minister or a politician, just Smriti.
