RSS is the ideology-giver to the BJP and whatever had been said in that speech (reading the media articles) certainly isn't in favour of all parts of the Indian population. Anyways, those kind of speeches (all over the world) mostly are made to let the respective ideology shine in a good light - understandable, right?
