But the biggest part about suhana's character was that she was chulbuli, bubly , khushiyon ka pittara and offcourse over pampered daddy's girl who didn't get to live with her mother for long . She used to do things and spoke like a typical over pampered papa ki pari but she was good at heart , never did she ever try to consciously hurt someone in the name of trauma . She owed up everything she did .

Dkp can never even imagine to pull off such a character which seemed bratty but still was damn loveable and the credit also goes to Ragini as she was fab playing her part.

I think her love for abhira can be used in two ways like if she is fl then offcourse a dil vali legacy kind of thing but if she is pl then she can be turned insecure or jealous of maira due to her immense love for abhira . So clearly writers won't make her hate abhira as her love for abhira is a two way weapon, logically.

Also Maira ke issues i understand but then her weird coping mechanism and need for seeking attention when she already has an obsessive father and over pampering family is beyond my understanding. Apart from that her issues are genuinely understandable

Accounting for the fact DKP writers are shit and we can’t expect them to show a normal love story, trauma bohot door ki baat hai.

Her coping mechanism doesn’t make sense. If they had shown her as someone who has abandonment issues, it’ll will make sense. But attention seeking ? Nope. She has too much of that. Kids pull all kind of stunts when they think parents aren’t giving them attention. It’s not something that is unheard of.

One can argue that she’s been without her mother for almost her whole life, so she lacks the discipline that can only come with a mother's influence. (Not that she was a model kid when Abhira was around but thoda bahut sudar sakti thi *shayad*)

Having someone like Armaan for a father, lol aache aache bacche bigad sakte hain, Maira toh shuru se entitled hai. So it’s quite within character.

I’m actually curious to see how their first meet will be since Mukti has had a memory loss and her name has changed. I don’t have any hopes but it would be nice to see both girls becoming friends and supporting each other. While Maira teaches Mukti to be assertive, Mukti heals Maira and stops her from playing pranks as a coping mechanism. Sibling rivalry is too common.

Bold : i don't think having abhira around would have helped her much , she would still be same entitled over pampered kid. You know the main reason that abhira is able to scold or correct vaani is because she is her sole parent while in maira's case their is armaan and the whole family including vidya ji . We know how big of a doormat abhira is for armaan so in his presence she will always have very less control over maira . Even with choti mairu she never used to scold her or try to discipline her for right things rather she would keep on crying and begging in front of her . She never had the mother kind of haq on maira which she now exerts on mukti.

And the your last para actually summed up everything . I would even love to add that having a dadi like vidya would also be a great reason to turn out like that.

Even I had the same thought but you know the problem with fl characters is that they are initially shown quite well in terms of personality but as the time passes they all become sacrificial goats , mahanta ki murti and doomsday magnet .

So even tho maira is introduced like kuhu or naira types character, still she will loose her lustre soon . With vaani they will have to add little negative shades to her character to make her look not so fl types atleast initially as they will have to establish maira as the lead .

But han maira like mishti and vani like kuhu could be better in long run for the show writers .

As of now mukti is behaving all fl types but just wait for the gen leap or even little before that ( billi family reunion) , she will have a 180° character and personality change.

They will remove one girl or name her gayu/arohi negative type. Gayu was so weird after marrying samarth. Actor changed Character change

We see these days fl is everything other characters doesn't matter. Adhe cast gayab ho jayega in gen 5😂

This exactly. Maira would've turned out like current one but with little to no changes even with abhira. Remember when she exchanged her parents and took krish and tanya to the school ? Or refused to say sorry to armaan and abhira and threw the trophy which hit vidya. With trashmaan and vidya in picture and abhira being a doormat maira would've always turned out to be a brat regardless. Woh pehli baar abhira ke bina itna time nahi rahi. Already woh uske bina 7 saal reh chuki hain

I was thinking that Kaveri would give Maira good parvarish once Abhimaan die but I forgot about Vidya. She will continue to pamper Maira won’t she.

I like how Mukti is shown as calm and selfsacrificing like a typical elder daughter, while Maira comes across as chatty and a little bratty but still redeemable. The only thing I am not fully clear about is Maira’s trauma. I understand she is heartbroken because Ab left her, but I don’t get why she never questioned Amoron or had trauma or anger about being kept away for 7 years. That part feels a bit confusing to me. Otherwise her character is okay not worst. My only issue is that in order to make Maira the mahan FL, they might turn Mukti negative and that would really put a dabba on the whole story.

Even with abhira in picture, maira ditched abhira at the last minute and made the team changes. Asked abhira to lose intentionally. And people think if abhira was there all those years maira would've been turned out like mukti
