I have just read 2 and 3 chapters,I must say it is interesting of how the battle between professional and personal in the work place can cause so much misunderstanding, but if Aryan had been upfront and said that no personal relationships between two work colleagues would not draw attention to management and the other work colleagues and would be used against them for favouritism because neither one of them wanted to confirm the feelings, so the atmosphere in the office would draw more attention to them, both need to face respectfully each other then worry about the rest of the work place, someone must have seen or heard about the meeting outside the car park that is why the conduct document was waiting for Aryan the next morning.
