I am myself thinking why and how Shalini loved him....he is definitely wrong in many areas anniversary bhul jaana party mein tamasha late and all everytime....even kids are getting affected though they love him... Common man matlab ye thori na hota hai not of the multimillionaire status his in laws possess still can stand up to basic expectations of wife and society....

I am not connecting to Shiv hope so kuch bada reason not like multiple personality disorder ya phir making other side more negative....it will take few more episodes to understand the overall concept kuch bada hone wala hai....

They should add subtle touch asap....

Yaar, wo chatri bhi na ek neon light hai.. we will have to keep an eye on him if he walks by us with that treta yug ka chatri in his armpit.. aissa kaunsa common man hota hai

Actually they can I was expecting a calm guy with intense side like drishyam type role for Neil he would have performed great considering his past roles and aisa nhi ki they can't show such but ab ye achche se jyaada weird lag rha hai...

I have seen PPL from lower middle class especially who belongs to town areas behaving as such whether it's body language or dressing sense behavioural pattern, so in that toh I will credit Neil he is upto mark but his character .....decency naam ki cheez hoti hai yaar

Na re baba.. I don't want any too intense characters.. Neil has a funny bone and it's good if he can do some comedy for me. All his previous roles from ghum and megha were intense.. so I am over that now. But here the comedy is becoming overacting. I don't blame Neil.. it's how the character is written that is the problem. I don't have a problem with Neil's enactment 👍

You're judging him and his love for Shalini within 2-3 episodes . Let the dust settle at first. He's a great loving husband if they follow the OG version. He's not rich, nor from a rich background, just a common man who works as an undercover agent. He knows many things about his in-laws, which will be revealed later why he doesn't like them. And his in-laws aren't saint that they dislike him for his antiques rather from the fact that his father was a simple teacher and he doesn't have money and ain't rich. There are many factors which led him to detest them. They can't even respect his hardworking nature.

I like such charcters they can add comedy in a way calm personalities do....whether touch of sarcasm, leg pulling or on point punch lines....it shouldn't get dark like Megha not toxic later half of ghum still....if story was good even Arjun had a lot of calliber...

Baaki I feel he is more of serious person than comedy which suits him more....

Ok if this follows then it's good as I said it's yet to come....itna drama waise nhi dikhana tha....hope so we get as such....

I feel it's because of the impression Shiv gave them after their marriage. Shalini's dad said he already showed up to one of their previous events in an unacceptable manner. Shiv is intentionally giving them this impression because he wants them to think of him in a certain way which is extremely contrasting to what he actually is. He is undercover.. so he is maintaining it.

Also who knows if the person/persons he is after are actually members of Shalini's family.🤔

The point about Shalini's family being involved had crossed my mind but why is he behaving in this manner? Or maybe he too detests her family.
