Here is my update:

First episode is out on hotstar and I watched it 2 times already 🥳🕺💃. It was a pleasure watching Neil in a light-hearted avatar after a long time 😎😍💯

First impressions:

Cast: 1) Neil did a wonderful job as always as Shiva Prasad. A sweet family man, a loving husband and father. His rapport with the kids is awesome 😍. We get a glimpse of Parasuram in the end🔥

2) Shambhavi played Shalini well and looks good on-screen with Neil🤩😍. She should work on her eye expressions which I am sure she will with time🤞💯

3) Kids did great getting their father out of trouble and to make nice with the tigress, their mom😍👍.

Today, was fun-filled with the anniversary promo playing out in the episode. We also got a first dance of the couple🕺💃🔥 They look cute as a family. Shiva's lungi look also makes its appearance when he goes out to buy veggies and macchi. We did get a glimpse of the first case Parasuram takes up in the show with someone killing someone. In the end, we see Parasuram getting into a fight with what looked like drug cartel 😎.

Precap: Pihu hears her dad getting involved in some gunfire over the phone and informs Shalini. Shalini's rich father despises Shiva as he is 'not fit for his daughter' while her mom invites Shalini with a suited up Shiva for some family get-together. Shiva declines the proposal and says he will show up only in his work clothes

Same here!! I already watched 2 times till now. After a long time I woke up at 6am to catch an episode smiley36. Baaki I would like to know other's opinion about the episode as my review would be a biased one.

Only one constructive feedback is that they should tone down the tapori style of language and present a normal style of language. And would have loved if they had they shown a normal apartment type place instead of chawl

I liked the first episode. Have to give a chance to settle down. I loved the kids, they are natural, Shambhavi is pretty. Neil aces as usual in these roles but yes a little toned down version would be suitable.

But as said first episode. Let's wait for a while.

Though I liked Neils Marathi accent but it's not polished. They have to work on it if they need to show a normal Marathi household. But that's just tiny part of it.

Shiva Prasad wears many uniforms and the episode plays beautifully with that idea.

At home, he’s softness. On the street, in a lungi buying vegetables, he’s grounded. And in the shadows, Parasuram begins to surface sharp, dangerous, unavoidable.

Neil shines because he doesn’t overplay either side. His bond with the children feels instinctive, especially in moments where love becomes protection. Shalini complements him well graceful, affectionate, and clearly someone who chose Shiva for who he is, not what he wears.

The anniversary celebration, the dance, the laughter it all feels intentional. The makers want us attached before they pull the rug.

Because once the case begins, there’s no going back.

Everyone’s honest feedback on the episode here shows that the first episode was truly intriguing.🤩🔥💯

I haven't watched the episode yet because I thought Star Plus wouldn't air the premiere of its latest release before the TV telecast, it turns out I was oblivious Koi na, I’ll catch up with the episode soon and share my two cents on it.

Episode # 2: Shalini's family dynamics

Episode starts of with Parshuram fighting the goons in his neighbourhood. He shoots at them and Pihu hears the gunshots. He is unaware that Pihu is listening and immediately realizes that she was in the call with her. His body language and expressions instantly change to Shiv and he tries to explain it off as playing video games to Shalini.. ofcourse how would he be playing video games in a macchi market

Shalini and kids are involved in a banter of their own concerning using abusive language. Shalini's reactions here are ott 🧐 when she tries to stop the kids from learning or speaking such words.. may be she knows something more🤔.. I don't know I felt it was an over reaction, she gets angry very quickly, looks like.

Shalini's mom informs her of her sister's engagement party. She asks her to bring Shiv nicely "suited and booted" to which Shalini objects but her mom has already sent 'decent' clothes for damadji. I like that kids are right behind Shalini and are not ignorant of her grandparents treatment or Shalini's reactions.. good touch . Shalini's family members are a typical rich obnoxious bunch with one person being better than others. Her cousins/sisters seem to be spoilt brats. One of her aunt, I think says she sent her husband's old suit for Shiv with the driver because that's what Shiv deserves

Shiv comes home just when the driver drops off his 'decent' clothes. Shiv explains to Shalini that he would not pretend to be someone else. Shalini understands his point and says she would never let anyone from her family insult or humiliate her husband. Shiv agrees to go but in his own work clothes.

Shalini is tensed about the party while she and the kids get dressed. She looks cute complaining about Shiv trying to avoid her family and the responsibility of holding up relationships falls completely on her shoulders.. typical wife vibes. Kids are kids and their cute antics while getting dressed are heartening 😍😄

Shalini calls Shiv and requests him to come home asap as they would be late for the party. Shiv is on a mission and his reply to his anxious wife is "raat ko tumhe bahot pyar karunga" . And her "shut up " to him was hilarious 😂. Shiv meets his colleague on the street and instantly changes to Parshuram in the way he talks and body language.
