The difference in your two scenarios is that Anirudh had an incentive to keep trying to bring out the truth to Mannat till she understood that Aish had manipulated her. Ronnie has no incentive to do so. Both parties have been manipulated. Anirudh knew the truth. Mannat had not been villainised in his eyes. Anirudh at one point was worried about Mannat's safety. The MU about Dua is what's making both sides not be able to reconcile.

If i'm understanding both sides correctly, by the time Vikrant realised he had allowed his anger to go too far RoTu and Mannat had left which made him feel they did not care about him and possibly did not bother to look for them because after what they had done to him surely they could have given him time. That's the part that then makes him feel Mannat took away his family since his parents have switched sides and are in support of Mannat now. I don't think after 7years to him it's still about what RoTu did wrong. It's them leaving that's his issue.

In the Mannat camp their issue is Vikrant now appears to be someone who values money more than relationships. If that's his nature then what's the point of trying to reason with him. They don't realise his anger is that they left and what's made the anger worse is there is evidence Mannat has moved on and they are all happy without him.

By time do you mean Mannat should have stayed there swallowing her pain of being left at tje altar and losing her mother? That would have been sufficient for him to cool off?

7 years is sufficient time to reflect over ones actions. If Vikrant has concluded that Mannat and Rotu have snapped ties wirh hom and that someone has influenced Roru against Vikrant in the 7 years by becoming Yuvis buddy has he also become a kiddoo? By tje same logic snatching the property, by asking them to leave, not attending Shruti s funeral( whatever may be the arguments) by Malla delivering the divorce papers and message supposedly from Vikrant Mannat and Ronnie think they have been deserted. When DK holds back Vishaka he tells her not to come between Manvik and all misunderstanding will be cleared wirh their conversation it didnt happen .

PTSD makes one compassionate and care for others as part of the healing Vikrant has allowed bitterness for Mannat to fester within.

She didnt want anything to remind her of the morbidity of the called off wedding and losing her mom and refusal to hear her out. Except once Vikrant hasn't even been shown to ponder what she wanted to shate wirh him.

I never said anything about mannat yaar, I just got in mannat-ani issue to parallel it with vik-rotu..

Mannat need not wait for vik... Even if pregnancy, divorce misunderstandings didn't happen and it was just terrace allegations, even then mannat has all rights not to forgive vik

And I never said rotu are wrong in loosing hopes on vik... I have always said that it's the narrative set by writers by not showing vik's side...thats the issue

Bold: This is the point...both sides...but they are not showing both sides....they are only showing indore side of story......vik thinks rotu left town with mannat and hence he felt they didn't want him in their lives, and he stopped trying to make amends and didn't want to push his way into their life and stayed away respecting their choice...

I think like Moor said they are probably going to delve into Vikrant's story once they get to Mumbai. Nothing much has happened with Vikrant in Indore apart from Yuvi being sick and Vikrant losing his cool. Vikrant just went to Indore to fuel the MU.

But may be Moor and you are right... maybe the reason they are hiding vik's story and making situations so hostile is just to create more MU , so that indore side won't reveal dua's truth that easily even after knowing vik's side of story .. his indore behavior will make them scared of vik's reaction to dua's truth, they might feel that vik yet again will do something impulsive that will hurt dua.. so even after knowing vik doesn't know anything about pregnancy or divorce... they won't reveal anything about dua...

First of all she didnt... she kept pleading with Neetu to reveal till Neetu threatened her with suicide. Mannat (DK and RoTu) agreed to hide it from Vik only after the terrace confrontation with Vish. Remember at that point even RoTu didnt knew Vish had sold Aman to them.

I am saying by this time... telling a lie seemed a better option since the truth was much harsher. Mannat had lived through that so she understood immediately. and it was never Mannats truth to tell in the first place, she wasnt even born then.

Practically we all know that had they explained to Vik and revealed Dadi's version, leap nahi aata

Vish expose ho jaati and with it probably Aish too... show end ho jaata. The leap was actually nicely written. Its a genuine conflict.. so much that we are still discussing who went wrong and where and there is not one clear answer. Each side is justified.

About Vik... yes there is a skewed story telling right now... and what we are getting is his interpretation of everything. I have said it earlier, I feel his side of unraveling will happen only in Mumbai.

If you look at it the other way.... all the vamps are in Mumbai... their acts and actions are in Mumbai and whatever kaand they have done or will do will also be in SM.

Right now Vik is seeing Mannats side of story... Mannat will see his only when they go to Mumbai. Thats when she will start wondering on all this. Maybe some truths will tumble out. Lets see.

I really dont mind that they are showing him as villain right now... because truth be told ... Indore gang is also working with a prejudice... which they need to shake off after learning his side of truths. also this anger of his will make him realise how wrong he was in not trusting the right people.... had he given them some rope... things wouldnt have messed up so bad.

In all, they kept telling him their version... he didnt listen... now he will be forced to confront.

Oh okay I understand... Actually in the initial days of leap I said the same that mannat had to choose between bad and worse situations, she had no other option...

Actually in between manvik and rotu.... Mannat is the one who took most hit and suffered the most... And rotu and vik are suffering equally...yes vik's suffering is because of his own mistakes but still fate should have given a chance/time to him to make things right, mannat got chance/time by fate in case of aniruddh and she was able to rectify her mistakes... But Vik never was given that chance by fate. .. Let's be honest did Vik actually deserve this much suffering....He might have deserved a punishment for few months but not for years.. And yes mannat/rotu too don't deserve this suffering...But they are rightfully showing mannat/rotu suffering but not vik's side.. But as you said I do hope they are gonna show that once they reach mumbai..

You are forgetting one major stumbling block for Vikrant is that he listens to vamps. That's the frustration with Vikrant. So be prepared that each time he may draw closer to Mannat and team then he will be easily influenced.

That's the issue as how they made Vik so gullible.. initially he used to be so smart,understood malla's lie regarding his PA,he didn't even get manipulated by aish to move to singapore, didn't get emotionally blackmailed to get engaged to malla.. But now💆‍♀️... Any way it's useless to go that way, because one way or other way most of the characters are compromised for sake of trp.. .

So sticking to story, I hope they start showing Vik a little bit smart... Vik snapping at arzoo is a good step in that direction.. I hope they maintain it..
