But both the times Mannat was not able to taste it.

When he was going to make Milkshake i think Shalini kaand happened and when he prepared Halwa Malla landed there and ManVik started their fake fight 🤪

Have to travel far down memory lane to remember all these events 😒 Most occasions something happened and their plans got cut short.

you are right

I think Vik wanting to send Mannat to jail in Indore shocked him.

Nor have we for that matter. The Vikrant we knew would not have behaved the way he did with Dua whatever the reasons for his conduct. He is coming across far more weaker than ever before.

Look at how delicate he is around Yuvi. He didn't even bother to think of what a 7 year old girl would feel if she is constantly subjected to abuse of her parents and threats about sending them to jail.

These are just a few examples of the changed Vikrant.

This ones for you Moor😉💕 I don’t think Ronnie has flipped as a character. His reactions make sense when you see through trauma and responsibility rather than convenience. When he initially called Dua meeting Vik Babaji ka sign, that hope was for Dua’s well-being, not forgiveness for Vik. Post-leap Ronnie has consistently prioritised Mannat and Dua’s emotional safety. The police-station faceoff is turning point. It forces Ronnie to relive everything they went through. He had tried to make Vik understand Mannat’s pain earlier and When that failed, Ronnie emotionally shut that door. His anger isn’t impulsive, it’s protectiveness born from exhaustion and fear of repetition. Ronnie witnessed Mannat’s breakdown and years of struggle. For him, Vik isn’t someone who made mistakes, he was a reason that nearly destroyed Mannat. That lived experience shapes his decisions. The toughest question is…what if Neetu won’t recover unless Vik is called? Ronnie isn’t unaware of her condition, but from his perspective calling Vik risks emotionally destabilising Mannat and undoing years of healing. He’s choosing a medical possibility for Neetu and a psychological certainty for Mannat. That choice comes from fear, not cruelty. This is also why Ronnie acknowledges DK not because DK is mahaan because he feels he has brought stability without emotional threat. He stood by Mannat quietly and consistently, and Ronnie respects his actions. He reminds Neetu of Vik’s past mistakes, she has no counter because he is speaking from lived experience. Neetu wasn’t there when he had to beg Vikrant to get her out of jail. Similarly, not objecting to DK’s name on the birth certificate wasn’t approval it was a practical decision made during crisis prioritising Dua’s stability over emotional truths. Ronnie isn’t driven by hatred or bias. He’s assessing the present through the lens of past damage. In his mind, Mannat’s emotional collapse if Vik returns is a certainty while Neetu’s recovery through Vik remains a possibility. So according to situations no, Ronnie isn’t inconsistent. He’s guarding unresolved pain and that’s what makes his arc layered and not flawed.

Would like to add few points...

Ro was always better of the 2... he consistently tried to remind Neetu that he cant steal Puneets rights and cannot write off all the property to Vik ... however that narrative is completely gone now.

Ro did bring the boy back to the hospital taking him back from Neetu. We have seen enough pre and post leap that we can understand how affected Neetu must have been with her biological kids death. Ro was simply trying to protect her from jail. To his credit he did offer money thinking it would be used to save the guy.

The offer to buy Aman was made to him not by him... he got swayed... questionable choice ... but was for Neetu who he loves the most.

I do agree that the wedding day behaviour of Vik must have been very humiliating for him... and to relive that in the next 7 years. A guy who is so rich has to depend on someone else must be distressing. Thats why he too appreciates DK.

I just hope Ro stays vocal about DM if Neetu lays those allegations again 🤞🤞🤞

I am eager to see when and why would Ronnie forgive Vik 🙄

I started clearly watching the shaadi episodes... And now have different perspective about rotu-vik dynamics... Now watching the episodes with bit more depth made have different perspective..

I still hold the same perspective regarding manvik that vik is the one who is majorly wrong, despite mannat being wrong in hiding the truth she did everything possible to rectify her mistakes and vik was justifiable in his anger but he was completely wrong in questioning mannat's loyalty... So vik is the one who has to do major work regarding manvik...

But in case of rotu I can't believe they are whitewashing rotu to this extent... Neetu was responsible for vik's dad's death, ronnie tried to hide it with money , child trafficked vik... And for vik to give a chance to them by thinking about the love they gave him all these years, it's difficult to believe it that they ever loved him... Because he got to know about neetu drugging him with life threatening drugs and ronnie staying silent on that matter.. Which loving parents will choose their child being with them over their child loosing their life.... It's not like neetu did it in heat of the situation or once or twice... She intentionally, willingly gave him drugs and even after seeing the effects it has vik she still intended to continue it... Maybe rotu loved him to certain extent but more than love they literally abused him to fulfill the emptiness of their lost child...

And makers are trying to brush all this abuse under the carpet...and I can't think of one drug that can stop people from getting their memories back but any drug that could have memory altering effect could damage brain to dangerous effect... People could slip to severe mental illness and even stroke... And doctor informed about these to neetu and still she went on to drug him...

Instead of addressing this, they are making vik wrong in rotu's case... Vik is definitely wrong in mannat's case... But in case of rotu, rotu are the one who are majorly wrong and yes it's seems little insensitive of vik to put neetu in jail, take property from rotu but from vik's pov they are people who harmed his biological family and used him... so to protect his mother he was doing it... and vik would have definitely gotten neetu out of jail and returned ronnie property after few days.. And if it's for few days then rotu definitely deserved this punishment but even before vik could act to make amends with them destiny played it's game and they were seperated, and we are yet to see vik's past as to whether he tried to search for them or not......

But yes I definitely dont like, how they are making this entire thing on vik in case of rotu...

Agreed. Between the two, Ronnie has always been the better and sane one. He stayed quiet about Vik’s truth to protect Neetu’s health and he wasn’t aware that Neetu was drugging Vikrant. Pre-leap, Neetu used threats and pressure on everyone and now she is getting a taste of her own medicine. More importantly, Ronnie has seen a side of Vikrant that Neetu has conveniently forgotten, Aman Kumar the destroyer😂😂. From Dua’s Mumbai experience to the jail face-off, Ronnie has seen or heard about Vikrant in that avatar. Neetu neither experienced this version nor wants to acknowledge its impact. While Neetu is unwell, she isn’t incapable of understanding and her current stance feels more like emotional pressure than helplessness and Ronnie understands that tabhi he doesn’t agree with Neetu’s demands and instead reinforces Mannat’s sacrifices, reminding her of their current situations and reality. Ronnie trying to make Neetu understand as he met a changed Man who is not their son anymore and his logic is simple that Vik was in town but he didn’t try to meet Neetu, he felt that pull but not able to hold and at-least talk to his parents. He feels rejection, abandonment and left out so made a choice to not face them again.

Ronnie did not know Neetu was drugging him. It was a surprise for him as well as far as I remember...

And I have been stressing this point since many days which people have not understood yet.

Mannat did not actually lie about the drugs. The story till panmasala wedding was that Mannat got to know about the drugs, was outed by Keerat, exposed Neetu, left the house... came back changed the meds and threw the original drugs out.

But...

As per the changed narrative to whitewash Neetu ... as told to Vishakha by Mannat on skit day.... none of the above happened. Neetu stopped giving the drugs when she saw the ill effect. Mannat had no role in it.

By this new narrative... Mannat has actually not lied about the drugs 😕. It was something she didnt know.
