I Think they may take Naira Gayu route. Gayu was orphan but she loved Naitik Akshara like her own parents. As far as I remember, Gen 2 during Kaira mostly stayed below 2.0 trp and kept losing the slot leader position to Kundali Bhagya. Still, Rajan and sitara somehow stretched it for 5 years.
