This is what I was pointing out from the time leap started, once the lies start tumbling out of the closet it will cause destruction and this is because of their own doing.

Bold, I agree Vikrant is unapologetic, but did we see any apologetic behavior with the Mannat and others ?

RD yes you are right about once a lie has been started the ripple effects are far greater and more damaging, And where they saw the devastation the first time round their withholding and lies of Aman/Viks truth they haven’t learnt their lesson. Presumably they thought Vik was never going to return in their lives ??
Vikrant has every right to be absolutely enraged at Mannat and co if tbey continue to keep it from him., once they realise he didn’t know ,

And this lie is also a ticking time bomb, just as RoTu had the window to tell Vik first before the vamps twisted the ‘truth’ but lost that opportunity. So here, if Mannat doesn’t tell him herself (once she realises he didn’t know ) and continues with the MU, the vamps will twist it very quickly to their advantage and cause another similar disaster, throwing Vik’s anger towards Mannat wholeheartedly all over again.

We know how Vikrant reacts to such things from pre-leap, hopefully I am wrong since what ever I predict or write on the forum never happens

Blue - we’re both predicting this unfolding, no doubt very acrimoniously between ManVik 🥲 as per Scar’s theory it may well be Y who twists and uses against Mannat .

Bold- This is why, I was even willing to try and understand when Mannat told Ronnie, Dua herself called DK baba so she chose her own baba. But, what made me take back the 1-2 steps I took in this direction that Dua was a baby was that they again lied on BC and it wasn't Dua's choice to call DK baba, they just didn't give her a choice.

For me the entire narrative and dialogues are confusing now be it Mumbai characters or Indore characters😵‍💫

I am scared 😭😰 with the hints we are getting. Not looking forward for another pre-leap mishap, like you said the "window to tell Vikrant the truth has passed"

It becomes easier to understand a character's motive if one see it from his/her point of view, instead of our own. If Dharya was around as a father figure, Dua must have called him Baba without anyone prodding her to say that -- where is the lie in that. That statement as well as Mannat deciding to put Dharya's name as father on the certificate -- both can be true.

Doesn't it validate the point they were always planning to lie since BC happened much earlier when Dua was born .

And kids can be corrected from younger age on who is dad and who is not. In joint families there are many male figures, kids don't call everyone dad naa?

Here they planned for this so it didn't bother them much , so giving the name of Babaji wanted this to happen or Dua herself called DK baba is a way to appease herself she is not lying again is what I felt.

Another BTS where Vik thanking Y for taking care of him and Yuvi. He then excuses himself and leaves, which irritates her as she assumes he has gone to meet Mannat. At the same time she receives a call from her brother informing her about Malla visiting her basti house. Already frustrated she snaps at Yuvi when he asks for ice cream. Upset by her shouting Yuvi leaves the room and goes downstairs alone to have ice cream. This entire sequence will take place after the Neetu DK and Mannat confrontation. I feel she might not be aware of everything yet, as otherwise all the cards would already be in her favour. As per Leena’s latest IV, her character is currently free from Mannat’s interference and the only roadblock in her plan is Mallika, as she has discovered her true reality. She is focusing on her and further planning to propose Vik for marriage.

Everyone should stop giving IV's about the show pronto they should focus on AdSha IV's where they are just rambling about random things unrelated to the show

Just to increase the number of episodes, the writers seem unable to hold the story together and even the linking arcs are now vanishing. What was established post leap is being reversed repeatedly, with characters changing their stance and narratives episode after episode. Vik is Dua’s father but has no emotional connection at all, writers failed miserably here. Neetu has suddenly started walking as if she was never bedridden for last 7 years. DK, Mannat, and Vik repeat the same dialogues in every episode. Y is doing exactly what Malla has been doing manipulating Vik by showing fake concern and sympathy. The M and Y meeting is exactly how Malla approached Mannat during her wedding preparations with the same excuses so that she stay away from Vik. At this point, the writing is extremely poor and not making sense. It feels like everyone is saying the same things on a loop every day and the writing team keeps forgetting its own lines. Khichdi ki bhi khichdi ho gayi hai. It’s not about moving the story at jet speed but at least maintaining a workable pace where the narrative doesn’t lose consistency. Right now, it’s confusing and repetitive. I really hope the direction improves and we get to see ManVik in the same frame soon, because at present the story isn’t holding ground at all. They are not even using their USPs.
