Yah it's basically reinforcement of DK being selfless. Mannat says he is family and she will shield her family from anyone who wants to attack it. DK speaks about relationships being formed by heart and not just by blood.

It seems Mannat has viewed Vikrant's actions as someone who just wants to destroy their family and happiness. He has his family now yet he didn't hesitate to try and cause problems for them.

I'm not seeing yet how Mannat and Dua are going to go to Mumbai for the competition.

Even mannat got manipulated by malla regarding divorce during sruti's cremation... but as per mannat's pov by then vikrant already made all the allegations that malla said, and she was in emotional turmoil because of sruti's death so she believed in malla, despite knowing malla is not trust worthy..

But mannat is understandable from her situation that as per her pov vikrant already made all the allegations that malla said, and she was in emotional turmoil because of sruti's death,so couldnt think properly and believed in malla... then in same way vik too was 2x more in turmoil/trauma when truth came out so why can't we give same understanding to vik..?, and feel he too deserves another chance..?

Yes I guess may be gender thing subconsciously plays a role in our judgement towards the characters..

Exactly during wedding episodes, I myself bashed Vikrant with how volatile the episodes were and it didn't help that we already knew from BTS Shurti was going to die and Mannat was pregnant. I had to actually pull myself back for a few episodes starting from Shurti's funeral episode until after a few leap episodes aired which is where I started seeing how biased I as a viewer was being.

I always called out Mannat for lying but this too I attributed unknowingly to RoTu and DK EB her and not as a choice Mannat willing made 🙈

I was happy to see him shoot down Arzoo’s plan to bring him back to Mumbai in the BTS even if it was for Yuvi. Every time he doesn’t get manipulated by the evil women around him I am relieved! And this is a beginning, him refusing his business partner

I will not say anything more because it will sound like I am supporting Mannat or DK or whoever.

For me personally I want him to see through at least one of those women before knowing any truth of his life! Because otherwise, lives are in danger !

I agree gender bios will be there subconsciously.

Main problem vikrant never keep any lady one hand distance from him. Any one come hugs him try to kiss him. But it is not mannat case.

He will ask proof 🤦‍♀ only reserved for mannat remaining what ever they say he agree. And so on....

Its not been explicitly stated what Mannat believes on whether Vik knows Dua is his daughter and rejected…or he believes it’s DK’s daughter….. but from the face off Mannat should deduce he doesn’t know, because had he known and rejected the baby, in Vik’s blaming her and accusation of moving on and having a 6yr old daughter he would have clearly pointed out - you’ve moved on with my brother and MY daughter, not a 6yr old, which implies it’s DKs daughter.

So now, Mannat is in danger of repeating keeping his bio-parents information from Vik, now keeping his daughters knowledge from him. I can understand why, from her fear that Vikrant is still as volatile as ever and is surrounded by Vish/manipulation but also Mannat believes he’s married and moved on. So her fear that once he finds out about Dua he’ll rip her family apart and snatch Dua from her, or at least Dua will be exposed to her paternal knowledge in harsh circumstances.

Just a counter point and not to take a dig at anyone .. .but because the gender of the lead character and audience is in question, a thought came to me!!!!

Coming from lost forum and even here (back when panmasala wedding was in proposal stages and Vik was faking romance with Malla while simultaneously flirting with Mannat) ... People had questioned if the ML gets a free pass at everything (including his faults ... I am counting both VS and VC here BTW) because deep down the audience knows the leads are supposed to end up together... we root for them... it helps that they (especially Adnan) is an eye candy .

We dont usually support other male characters even though those actors are also good looking by conventional standards 😂

Since it is possible we are looking at from gendered perspective... thoughts on this????

If the FL gets audiences sympathy from a gendered perspective... does the ML behaviour gets excused????

Shazia I am laughing at the bold part which you highlighted looks like history is going to repeat with Mannat and Indore gang minus Neetu the back stabber about Dua's truth, just like they are writing something with Vikrant - UV

Theres a 45 min content between the promo and where the episode ended today...

What I got from the BTS and promo is.... Mannat DK and Neetu are not talking from Viks POV but rather Duas POV.

DK tells Neetu that Dua will be affected and traumatized if she knows I am not her Baba. I am not denying his right but she is young... she will be affected.

Neetu calls him out on having affections for Mannat and Mannat then comes in and defends DK....

Thats where she is saying parivar tutne nahi dungi...

I feel the promo is more on how Dua will handle this or what trauma she will face if Vik takes her away from the family rather than Vik knowing it. As per all of them Vik knows Dua is his child.

And the promo could be a fake promo too... 😝 because what toofan are they talking about if Vik is unaware 🤦‍♀️

As per BTS she said he rejected baby . She was telling Neetu what all he did pre leap. So now even I am confused 🤔🤪. Or did I miss some dialouges?

But don't you think they are doing same mistake which they did with Vikrant? Look what happened to them and Vikrant 😭.
