To me he is an obstacle to Vik winning Duas love and trust and thats why he is there as her Baba in post leap. Neither you nor RD see it the way I see it... so just let it be for the moment.
No one is saying he didn't mess up but the question always has been and will be the intentions... he didnt want to seperate ManVik unlike the witches.
Why cant a person make mistakes??? He/she can... why cant his support for RoTu and Mannat be seen as his regret or realization that they are suffering and he is there to help them... isn't that what he is doing? What are his expectations from them or anyone??? Even Dua????
Like others he doesnt know Aish is alive and behind all this... he might realise his mistake when he realises she was the master mind behind this and how he was played. As of now Aish is dead for him. He himself killed her. Threat to Mannats life is neutralized.

Every character has messed up at one point or another... every one has lied... yet only DK is held responsible... why????

Why would that be again???? DK doesnt have romantic feelings for Mannat... He maintains a respectful boundary. Mannat doesn't even share her feelings with him that way... and please dont come at me with the hugs and pacifying measures... there was nothing wrong in that.
Mannat doesnt have this problem because Malla and Y both are villains... DK is not... and thats your amd RDs worry even if you dont accept it ... because then Vikrant has to be better than DK which he is not right now... rather post leap Vikrant is even worse especially after meeting Mannat...
Why dont you see it as a good sign for Vikrant and Adnan???? Vik has to do major work in post leap... which involves removing all the witches from his life and win Mannat back... thats what Adnan had said.. part 2 of the story is how Vik wins hisnlove and his family back .. how will Vik do that if he doesnt get an opposition in whatever way?????
To me Y is more dangerous than DK... because there is Vik on the other side who takes questionable decisions in his anger.
That should be the worry not DK. I dont see anyone making theories onnY because we have been told she is a villain... so her behaviour gets excused.
If we are to criticize the writing do it on both ends.
it’s going to be difficult for Dua when she finds out, but she is very astute and a good judge of people and their niyat even at this young age. The onus will be on Vikrant to earn her affection, it won’t come through bribery like Yuvi’s 😂 The worse he is now the harder it will be for him to redeem himself in her eyes but hoping the writers don’t create warring brothers over her but parallel Anirudh/Gagan until Dua accepts Vik. Can be redemption for both brothers too, then DK can go off the scene…
