Feed lies? Should they feed Dua the complete truth with no minuses? She is just 7 (or 6). Wasn't there a scene where it was decided she would be told the complete truth about her father?

The Indore unit did what they thought was correct as per the circumstances at the time. Did they think Vikrant will return to their lives and question them? No. Dharya stepped up and took the responsibility. And he has been a good father till now.

Dua has concluded that DK and Mannat are a man and wife.

Ahe did ask DK why he calls his wife Mannat ji. She asked when they first met and though Mannat answered it wasn't wirh the intent to lie but to let things just be .

Mannat had wished that they paths never cross she had not expected to meet Vikrant.

Imagine mannat had told Dua Vikrant is her dad what would the poor child make of the YY puppeteers whose tunes ye dances to.

I am enjoying the current track. I like the character of Dharya and his scenes with Mannat and Dua. And I don't mind an angry Vikrant, although I hope we get to see more of his inner thoughts and what he expected pre-leap, especially from Ronnie and Neetu. Once the path to reconciliation clears, the planning and plotting of the vamps will start with full force ... and I don't have patience for that.

This isn't about Vikrant or if Vikrant will return or not since I agree for Mannat signing the divorce papers ended everything.

Isn't it true, they decided on their own DK will be the father not Dua asking any questions not even "the big bad society" ? Why chose another lie and if they really wanted DK to be the dad they could have gone the legal route, isn't it? You don't put random people's names on BC as a father which is a legal document.

That scene if Ronnie didn't walk in and put his foot down, you remember what Mannat and DK were making a pact about right ?

6 or 7 kids understand what is being presented to them, if Mannat presented DK as bade papa she would have accepted and might have asked questions about her dad. Might have been difficult but she would have understood eventually her parents are separated.

Dua, I am hoping will question them on their lies and hope the writers atleast don't disappoint here and again show Indore gang as what they did was right while preaching others.

As much as we are fighting between Mannat & Vikrant, as long as Vik is surrounded by these women Dua is not safe. I saw her yesterday while Yuvi a 7 year old child wanted her to be harassed and Vikrant was not able to leave him and go to her.

Imagine ARS his spiritual guru knowing that Dua is his child.

I feel like begging Mukta to begin her redemption for Vikrant.. His dumbness is getting unbearable. Please don’t tell me he was imagining Mannat inside that car and breaking it!!.

( I thought it was Ayesha making faces )

Each woman next to him has her own story to be revealed. It can go on.. one vamp a month.

But with this birth certificate kaand, I can see a custody battle loading.

Just like Vikrant is operating out of anger & hurt, Mannat is operating in a similar manner. Yes DK Mannat first had decided that they won't tell the truth but they did agree later on when Ronnie told them to...

"Might have been difficult but she would have understood" --> Why make a child as young as 6-7 year old go thru unnecessary trauma ??

A child needs a healthy environment to grow up. A child coming from a problematic environment grows up with lot of issues & trauma which parents might not be able to navigate later on. Each child is different & reacts differently.

The decision to assess the situation & tell the truth when Dua is a kid or a teenager solely lies with Mannat (not even DK)

I am all right with Dharya being Dua's father and his name on the certificate. Don't see it as a lie. It was choice the Indore unit made. Mannat made that choice based on her own person experience. Should she also conjure up a fake father figure for Dua like her Shruti Ma and made Dharya her bade papa? She chose not to do that. He is not a random person. He is family who has been in her daughter's life from day one. And in the post-leap, not for a moment, the character has behaved with an ulterior motive or inappropriately.

[I can even make sense of Vikrant believing Mannat is having an affair with his elder brother [because in his eyes, his birth-mother was being righteous and revealing what is immoral ... a mother would never accuse her own son if his conduct was not wrong], but I still cannot understand why it is a problem if Dharya is the father on the certificate as well 😂]
