Y and Yuvi instigated people outside Mannat’s house and yuvi even name called Dua, then both of them pressure Vikrant to put Mannat behind bars and she is saved because her husband is in the police and the evidence has been tampered. Yuvi gets into an argument with Vikrant, after which Yuvi falls sick. The doctor advises him to stay in Indore for the next 2 days as traveling is not safe for a child in his current condition. Meanwhile, Y repeatedly emphasises DK as Mannat’s husband, which triggers Vikrant. She continues saying mean things about Mannat, while Vikrant remains silent.

Don't think makers believe Vikrant deserves any friend other than attaching him to GD gf. This show is all about sidekicks be it Vikrant or Mannat, and Vikrant wins the worst

Further BTS, Aish damages the microwave at Mezbaani so that blast happens and this will force Vik to return to Mumbai. She plans that while one incident stopped him in Indore, this situation will bring him back to Mumbai. Yuvi is all fine but Y forced him to act else buddie will keep going to that poor girl and he agreed.Additionally, TV Adda has posted that Vik will take Neetu to Mumbai for treatment.

As much as I hated to hear Vishs voice I am so irritated with Yuvi and Ya voices
