Vani is daughter of Rajat Gupta (driver of Meher Mittal) who was murdered by Meher in a fit of rage. Thank you for the details update, I really appreciate it and now I can FF scenes trying to catch up to the show. Armaan was behaving as Meher defense attorney and the only difference with him he was dealing with the evidence as it was presented to him. Armaan isn't police to analyze crime scenes that is the job of prosecutor. Armaan job is proof his client innocence with a not guilty plea.
This our law system it isn't perfect but everyone needs a lawyer
