I am not criticizing Vik... I clearly said Y is presenting that picture... Vik is not.

What I meant was both Mannat and Vik are not giving any other person a space for their emotional turmoil

There were undercurrents in yesterday’s episode. It seems he is moving in that direction, and Vik’s return to Mannat and dua’s life will bring even more clarity to his character.

So maybe the statement by Mannat that Vikrant has a new family to him meant Vikrant is definitely not coming back?

UPDATE: Aish has learned the truth about Mannat, and this has triggered her. She knows that Mannat’s presence will expose her truth and bring chaos, so her intent to kill Mannat resurfaces. Now it will be Mannat against 4 vamps with Vik also turning against her, each targeting Mannat for their own reasons. At the same time, Y begins to provoke Vik by planting doubts about Mannat in his mind. This leads to a major clash between Vik and Mannat, where both end up blaming each other. Vik again proves to be kaan ka kacha. Earlier it was Malla, Vish, and Aish influencing him, and now Y joins the list. He listens to her manipulation and acts on it by pushing for Mannat’s arrest. DK steps in as Mannat’s shield and directly questions Vik, asking whether he has any proof for his accusations. This once again hurts Mannat as she realises how low Vik still thinks of her, to the extent that he believes she could harm children. Y’s only motive is to keep Vik and Mannat apart, because Mannat’s presence leaves no space for her in Vik’s life. She has already started planning by manipulating Vik regarding the ice cream incident.

thank you Kidult, Daman, Chaotic Tangles, Moor and everyone for lots of very interesting perspectives and discussions in the forum today after a lull. Loved reading Mannu’s and Vik’s pov posts.

So finally their faces offs…..

first will be after they run and collect the cut kite? Can I ask, the aim is to cut others’ kite strings, the last kite flying is the winner? Mannat’s cuts Vik’/Y’s kite, then why do they all run to collect it?? Vik reaches it first, and the face off happens with Mannat, DK and Dua?They see him holding his “Will you marry me?” kite so presume Vik is proposing to Y, and Vik sees the 3 of them so presumes they’re together as family. ☹️

Assuming no confrontation here, next, Vik sees Mannat/DK from a distance at her home about to leave for Dubai. He gets pulled away by Kumar as Yuvi and kids are ill.

Then we’ll get the confrontations and anger from Vik, and DK steps up to proves Mannat’s innocence. There’s suggestion Vik’s anger then is directed towards Yuvi? That part doesn’t make sense……

I am talking about undercurrents in DK’s arc. We could see how emotionally he is attached to Dua. The scene where he stood watching Mannat and Dua sleep, lost in memories. This is the first time he has seen Mannat in that vulnerable, peaceful state, and the flashbacks made it even more significant. With Neetu’s health, DK understands that, one way or another, they will have to reach out to Vik. He also knows that if Vik returns, the dynamics will change for everyone. DK has spent years with Mannat, Dua, and the rest of the family, never once thinking that Vik would come back and that he would eventually have to step away. Over time, he has become family to them, not an outsider. The repeated mention of Vik, especially in the recent episode reflected DK’s inner conflict. These moments showed the emotional undercurrents within him, hinting at his growing attachment.
