Dcp stepping up was expected for me. All this is to make Vikrant spiral. Also from logical pov, it makes sense. In that ice contract, Mannat DK were involved, DK booked the dealer. Its Guddi who double crossed them and both of them dont know. Dua knows signatures are forged but she doesnt know its meaning. She knows Guddi hates her mother and most probably she will tell the truth to her baba right? She wont get up and tell the stuff to Vikrant.

From Vikrant's pov, its obvious that he will be angry that Yuvi the child he is attached to is sick due to Mannat. I feel we might get monologue or his hesitance to put charges as he knows mannat's past, but again I feel his rage will win. He will be mostly blinded with the newly found betrayal and he will be more ruthless due to personal grudge than Yuvi.

This also makes sense because yesterday they made DK say that he wont let her lose. Most of this is happening just to provoke Vikrant with the thought that DK has taken his place in Mannat's life and maybe somewhere they wanna show little bit progress in DK Mannat's bond as shortly it will start dooming when they will reach to Mumbai.

Basically, everyone sit back and relax as mostly they are going for Haters to Lovers trope in Chpater 2.

Ayesha’s IV, Mannat still loves Vikrant and wanted to hug him, but her anger and the weight of past incidents overpowered that emotion. Before she could react, Dua pulled her away.

Both Mannat and Vikrant carry the same perceptions of each other, shaped by pre-leap events. They believe they have moved on in their respective lives, but this belief is built on lies and MU created by a series of incidents on both sides. When the truths starting to come out, it will impact them equally and lead to a shift in their current emotions. Vik had asked Babaji for a new life filled with sukoon and happiness but as per him, he is already living that life with Yuvi and Y by his side, yet he does not feel peace or contentment even in their presence. When he truly opens his eyes, Mannat standing infront of him as a completely new world he encountered after 7 years, a world he is still longing for, fully aware of how badly he messed things up. Mannat is clearly his sukoon, but his ego refuses to let him accept that truth. Dua, on the other hand, will be the happiness that gives him a sense of belonging.

Who ended the Manvik relationship? Did the relationship end by Mannat leaving the house with RoTu or Vikrant had ended it earlier?

He made his decision and needs to live by it. He is like a spoilt brat who wants to continue to blame others for the unhappiness in his life.

Haven’t got over the trauma they caused in Chapter 1. Especially since even age hasn’t matured Vikrant’s numb skull.
