The way she has been vocal in Mumbai about her relationship with Vikrant, I would have thought that when Vikrant was facing Mannat, DK and Dua in the bts she would have gone and held hands with Vikrant or made her presence known. Why is she maintaining her distance and pushing Yuvi to the front? DK even held Mannat's hand.

That's only Y 's mishandling the situation, not Vik's perspective, but he's not rejecting it as well explained by @ChaoticTangles, he's being silent in his endeavor to move on ..He is using silence as his method to disengage and heal. Rather than engaging in arguments or explaining himself to others, indicating he has likely reached a point of exhaustion, resignation, or a firm, quiet decision to let go..

It is likely related to Yuvi falling sick, and he lashing out at the organizer of the event, that is Mannat. The more kand he does, the more tough it will be for him to win her daughter's heart.

I wish there was a scene between Dua+Bunty Vs. Him before the battle started.

Vik and yash realtionship is portrayed in a really confusing manner.. I did get the vision of makers just like I said in my above post.. But makers are not able to potray their vision clearly... All the scenes are pretty messed up... They need to atleast show a bit backstory for audience to understand their relationship dynamics...

Vik clearly isn't interested in yash and is not genuinely trying to move on.. Because if he is genuinely trying to move on he would atleast be little guilty for ignoring yash Or taking mannat's name in front of her but he is completely ignoring her.....he is so casual towards her, it's not even looking like rebound..... Even in rebound one puts efforts now and then but here vik ignores her like a show piece.. Where it is present but nobody is interested in it
