Amar also finally gets to romance a contemporary, again
After his return to TV post his failed movie career he mostly got shows where he was paired with girls who were barely teenagers or looked like they just got eligible to vote. Basically girls that he had at least a decade on for good if not more.
Here he’s with Smriti again and we see these flashbacks serving a good deal. It’s also after BALH starring Ram Saakshi that we got another couple in the mature age category to be leads of a show. Call it a strange coincidence but Kyunki returned back to TV on its original slot. BALH was also aired on this very slot on Sony all those years ago.
i had seen a show of amar in riral aea where he was a thakur married to a young girl
never watched much
but amar is one of the few who suit rural as well as modern roles
ronit roy is the other person who suits such roles
and ram kapoor too some extent
among the new guys none suit rural set up
amar and ronit are like sanjeev kumar can suit any role rural modern thakur business man etc thats a benefit they have as hero in ITV

Ram IMO lacks in rural roles. Amar and Ronit really can pull those off perhaps because they’ve grown in smaller cities. Ram has been from an elite family grown in South Mumbai.

As per time line arent angad and hrithik atleast 10-15 years elder to parth
Isnt angad around 35 and hrithik may be 30s and parth only 21 or so
pari must be around 29-30 as 5 year old kid
Per timeline… my friend.. the timeline is messed up from day one
Mihir Tulsi are now shown as married for 44 years. Before the leap it was 38 years. Karan had an 18 year old son at the beginning of the show! How did a couple who have been married for 38 years themselves have a GRANDSON who is an adult? For this to make sense Karan should be 36 at most… let’s not forget he’s younger than Gautam. He’s probably around the same age or a bit younger than Shobha.
For a 36 year old, Karan had to be 18 himself when he had Parth for this timeline to make sense. But then they changed everything and made it seem like Mandira didn’t do all that nonsense before she even got pregnant for real! They’re going with Mihir really got her pregnant when he had amnesia and Tulsi accepted that son of his as her own and raised him too. Mandira raised Karan! He came to SN as a full grown adult aged at least 24/5!
Mihir is exposed in front of the family regarding his affair and Karan being a child of the same, on his 25th anniversary with Tulsi in S1. Everyone planned on them getting remarried and renewing their vows to celebrate the occasion but Karan surprised Tulsi by revealing his paternity.
They are now showing Mihir cheated on Tulsi again when they were married for 38 years. This means he cheated on Tulsi, 13 years after being exposed for the first time. Karan at present should be truly around 37 or so. He really cannot have an 18 year old son given that Karan didn’t immediately get married to Nandini just after exposing his dad! He hadn’t even met either Nandini or Tanya until after a couple of months to at least a year!
true i saw him in Jolly LLB 3 and Ram pulls of elite and urban roles well.Originally posted by: EkPaheli

He doesnt have the accent nor the face for rural roles.
He can play a tier 2 or 3 city guy max

Yep, somehow when playing rural roles he comes actually as the embodiment of that meme - this face has seen an Iphone - used for Hollywood heroes and heroines doing Austen dramas but looking or sounding nothing like someone from that era.
