Shah family is shocked to learn Pakhi’s plans to marry Diwakar , whom she claims to be her college sweetheart. Everyone tries to dissuade her but fail . Anupama tries her best to stop Pakhi but Pakhi insists on marrying Diwakar.

At Kothari mansion all preparations are on for her god Bharyi . Moti baa does not want to invite Shah family to their house. They all get dressed in new clothes to attend function at kothari mansion. Everyone hopes this function would be over smoothly without any bad blood .
