^^^This is what I do...I dunno if there is an easier way...

if you save the Pictures to your comp

go to www.tinypic.com

click on upload pictures

browse your files for the pictures you want...

once you upload...there should be 3 types of codes given

Choose the codes for forums... it should have an [IMG] Sign either side of it...

cope that link and paste into the message box and it should come up
