But it’s putting Dua at huge risk.

Red - how will Vikrant show any feelings for Mannat, infact I see Vikrant will feel guilty for Y since she is playing her cards so well. She not only rode the bus, but she is sitting on the roof with Vikrant in the bts

I was right about dua's truth then, out of everyone ronnie knows the impact of hiding the birth truth and good even mannat agrees to that. I was sure they don't have plans to hide it for lifelong, once dua gets little older, this temporary arrangement will go away, even mannat that day told Dk that he should use his FD for his future family.

Lying is wrong indeed, but Indore family took this decision to give Dua a stable household amongst dysfunctional dynamics. Mannat kinda sees her own story in Dua. Just like how she was rejected by her bio mother and was left alone, Dua was rejected by her bio father and was cut off from himself. Just like how she was raised by her mother's sister, here dua's father's brother stepped up to raise dua along with father's parents. In both cases tough decisions were taken by single women alone. So she may think, just like how she understood the background behind Shruti's decisions, soon dua will too. Vikrant's case was altogether different where crimes were there, multiple people were involved.

One thing about Indore side is, they have shown as a close knit family who takes decision together. Even each of them have instilled values in Dua. She has her own bond with all of them. Today ronnie took initiative for the decision and both Dk mannat understood. I'm quite sure there will be some fbs about why ronnie mannat insist on Dk being dua's baba and it might be something regarding Mannat's pregnancy. They do fill up the gaps because after fd mocking dk about his job, they actually showed him coming from a night shift today.

More than mannat losing her cool due to yashika vikrant, i can see vikrant losing his marbles due to Dk mannat. Both of them have that subconsious domesticity which i dont think even they realise. Today also they were behaving like a married couple of many years in the kitchen without any physical intimacy. I can clearly see Vikrant not having any of it.

Dua cutie is gonna have an earful from her mumma for the stunt she pulled off. Not a fan of itv kids being this oversmart but then again they had to do something to bring Mannat to mumbai as her resolve was too tough. Dua is streetsmart but she still carries that naivity of her father.

One thing i dislike about Vikrant chanting about his pain is, his failure at introspection. According to him, he cut off all the people who did wrong to him, be it rotu who are criminals for him and mannat, who betrayed him in the worst way possible. So according to him, he cut off toxic and negative people out of his life so his life should be normal right? Even after all this he isnt getting peace then there must be something he is missing, so why cant he introspect. It seems he is kinda blinded by his ego that MAYBE his judgement can be wrong regarding the decisions he took and thats why he is unable to form any bonds with people around him.

In the past Mannat came back almost immediately and they patched up, with the length of time now he doesn’t believe Mannat will ever be in his life. They’ve shown Vik has constantly been thinking of Mannat, to the point he can’t sleep and it’s driving him out of his mind. He hasn’t rationalised or admitted to himself he still loves Mannat, though it’s obvious to others.
They’ve not show how his relationship with Y started and on what understanding, but Y knows about his breakup and that he still hasn’t moved on. Vikrant doesn’t feel anything, he just goes along with Y’s closeness, doesn’t initiate any intimacy, is actually uncomfortable and backs off most of the time. Any other woman would have given up on a man unable to get over his ex, but we know Y is after his money. So she’s not really a gf in the true sense to him. Writers have also purposely left out the divorce on Vik’s part. I feel he doesn’t know, as he hasn’t mentioned in his ruminations. Can’t answer why he’s with Y then if he considers he’s married to Mannat though.

Mannat signed the divorce papers and so doesn’t consider herself married to Vik. So for her to have a boyfriend would mean she was ready to move onto an intimate relationship with another man, and can’t have that!

That could become a realisation moment for Malla. At this point, she doesn’t really have much left to add to the story. The makers have already explored almost every extreme angle with her like sex trapping, murder, child trafficking, and more. They already had enough material to trap Vik using Malla, portray Yuvi as their son, or even introduce a fake pregnancy, but instead they brought in Y as a new character. This could lead Malla to realise that Aish only cares about herself, and that Yuvi is also a tool to meet her financial needs, something she is now cleverly using as a partnership. There’s a chance the makers may attempt to redeem Malla by having her help Mannat, especially since I have heard that in the OG version, her character was eventually redeemed.

I don't know about Aish sacrificing Malla as Malla seems to be her weakness. Malla would sacrifice Aish is a heartbeat though. The trigger is likely going to be when Malla discovers Aish killed Shruti. In an interview Aish did say she doesn't want Malla to know incase she fears that Aish would also consider killing her in future.

I wonder if the backlash from the fd on Malla’s crimes prompted Yashika being introduced instead. But you’re right in the OG Malla was whitewashed towards the end, and in the last episode fell for a musician, so got over her obsession with Vik 😂

But there is scope in your theory of Aish working with Y instead her secure Vik’s wealth and keep Mannat away, but will have to be clever Y doesn’t double cross her.

But don’t know if Malla is clever enough to then realise her only chance of avoiding prosecution for her crimes in child trafficking is to help Mannat, or that Mannat would be easily convinced.

4th January Update:

In the 1234th hit & miss, Vik taps the lady & finds 100 someone else. Mannat senses Vikrant but doesn't see him.

Y & AR come to him, asks him who he saw. AR thinks to herself, about Vik, & wonders about who he got so flustered seeing.

Du prepares to leave, tells Bunty her plans, and claims she knows self defense taught by her Baba.

Vik, Y, AR come out of the temple. Vik is thoughtful. Kumar tells him, their flight got cancelled, and they would have to take the morning flight. VIk is clear that he has to reach Mumbai on time for Dawaat e Chef.

He turns around, & tells Mahadev, to remove the poison within him, because he is not able to bear the pain. Suddenly, a Baba gives him a flower & says whatever is his will come to him soon. 1000th symbolism.

Dua writes a letter to Mannat & DK, tells them she is going to Mumbai for the competition, and at the end she tells them the competition is in a restaurant called Mezbaani

Mannat comes in to put her to sleep and there's a cute scene of them. Dua asks her when did DK & she get married. Mannat pretends feel sleepy and tucks her in.

Dua gets ready, packs sandwiches for herself, prays and leaves.

In the morning, we know that DK had night duty. Mannat comes in to make breakfast. She finds the bread missing! She thinks Dua is still asleep (Dua had placed pillows under the bedsheet)

Dua reaches the bus stop. She sees a boy crying. And goes to give him money. The boy's mother picks her bag & takes her wallet.

Mannat is telling DK about Dua's questions. She never wants Dua to know about her father. Ronny comes in. He looks upset. He tells them, he made a mistake with Vikrant by not telling him the truth. And he says when Dua is older, he will tell her who her biological father is. Mannat is in tears but she agrees, tells him that they will tell her. (Hamara popat ho gaya) ..All well in Indore side.

Yay!!!!!!! Mannat DCP and Ronnie wants to tell the truth to Dua!

Dua I am so worried about her … I hope she meta Vikrant soon and he gets her safely to Mumbai.
