I think they were not confident about film's business in south, also Director's earlier film also didn't release in other languages(I guess). That's y.

Another question: couldn't Adytia Dhar/Jio try release the movie in other languages IN INDIA now, considering the huge success Dhurandhar has? Or is it too late? ( I am thinking this is just more revenue. Like Gulf revenue is lost WW income for film, due to that crazy ban, so anything extra is good, no?)

Yes, they can, but now they don't have time/window. Part 2 is only 2 months away, so that can't spend time in processing part 1 in other languages.

They can start it but they can release part 1 in other languages later on when Part 2 gets over.

Ah, got it. [Y] So it takes too long and 19th March is not that far. Will the income from part 1, if dubbed in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada etc be added to overall of Part 1 or not? (sorry for soo many questions, I left for too long , not sure how they calculate overall total).

And: if they release Part 1 in Hong Kong, China or anywhere, will that also be added to WW total of part 1 or not?

There are 2 major BO reporting sites - BOI & Bollywood Hungama. BOI has started reporting figures in other languages separately & BH merges all language collection in total figure. So when if it is released in other languages, then both sites will have different addition.

Overseas Hong Kong, Japan or China collection will be added in Overseas directly & WW figures will change(Which is highest already).
