I’m not in marketing so know very little but are there not other direct performance indicators of ads revenue that the channel has at its disposal instead of the trp figures?

Advertising revenue is the goal and TRP is the parameter. Ads revenue is what a show gets depending on how it performs. TRP is performance check for that

How do they measure ad revenue by time in India? Just curious if the TRP is proportional to ad revenue? I have experience with ad revenue and how ads are placed, so just curious how it works in India.
