I think she might work to save the company regardless of forgiving Mihir because the company is named after Bapuji so she’ll be emotional if she finds out the company is on the brink of bankruptcy and can shut shop.

Also if at all they should have one scene of Parth speaking to Nandani where she tells that she and Karan were of similar nature always fighting and in that missed confessing to each other and thereby causing so many problems. So he shouldn't repeat that mistake
