I don’t think any loan was mentioned but it wouldn’t be surprising if it is. The crazy part is everyone knows Ranvijay is stealing from them, they’ve got financial issues and the business is in losses but they don’t care to do anything?

Why allow Ranvijay to work in the company if he’s known for stealing? How did he get the majority of shares as he implied today? Why not do something about getting the company back on track? What exactly are Kiran and Hemant doing if Mihir doesn’t care about anything beyond his tacky yellow glasses he wears even indoors, Ran steals and Hrithik is incapable? Just taunt and argue with each other? This was so unrealistic it’s putting the gazillionth leap of original Kyunki to shame post which Manthan, Bhoomi etc grew up.

Karan was shown as the most successful of the brothers, very arrogant especially when it came to Saahil because he hated him for cheating on Ganga and marrying Trupti.

Gautam did moderately well in comparison and was cordial with Karan though felt inferior when it came to success and was also personally a bit sad that his only biological son with him was mentally unstable. Though he was proud of Eklavya.

Saahil was the looser of the family post leap. Trupti practically made him a henpecked husband she couldn’t stand and humiliated every other minute, especially because Saahil didn’t do well in business and lost most of his inheritance.

The family fell apart back then too because Tulsi was gone. I don’t remember now as to what made her leave but of course everything sorted out once she was back

History would repeat itself again.

She probably changed her mind thinking that Mihir’s other sons have broken ties with him. Angad was kicked out by Mihir himself, so she had a much better future ahead with Hrithik if he was to inherit everything, or nearly everything from his dad particularly since he was handling the business.

She said today she married him thinking he’s bright and will manage the business well, securing her future and life. So she set her sights on Hrithik and he was the unlucky idiot who got trapped

Looks like Ekta is inspired from Shahi. The ghar jamai in Anupamaa is also a crook, who would abuse his wife and steal from the company.
