Never watched it but based on my understanding

It's one show. The split the ratings on half an hour basis.

When Anupama or Kyunki airs at 6:30 pm or even yrkkh-- they add random suffix.

Yeah I don't watch it either but it makes no sense at all. I thought it was two different shows like a spinoff.
