Looks like what Roch said is correct, ignore minute details () before leap, why ,what and think of this like a new story for xyz reason ManVik separated. Now how will they find their way back and if they will find their way back, how are main story points like Shurti's murder, CA, divorce and Dua will be addressed. Ignore the rest of the noise (issues)

The divorce was that. I watched the episode just for that scene.

Vik doesnt know about it so most probably theres no sign from him. Mannat is too distraught to notice anyway.

When Malla declares about the terrace shaadi... everyone in the immediate family is there. Including Gagan and Neetu.

Vik does spot Malla from distance and wonders what she is doing there. Malla Vish try hard to stop him. And he notices that even if he doesnt say anything

The divorce papers are not for Mannat but for Vik ... they would matter post leap.

In all probability Vik wont sign on them or know of their existence. It was only to push Mannat away. And it makes Viks case stronger post leap.

Apart from the custody and parental right... it is for Vik to open his eyes and see what kind of information was hidden from him and why.... there are multiple people who can vouch for what Mannat went through and what she was told.

In a most inhumane and cruel manner Mannat was asked to sign while her moms pyre was burning.

Vik has contributed to that even if he is unaware of that.

I keep saying all the truth is out pre leap. Its only Vik who doesnt know half of it and the one he knows he chooses to believe the wrong side.

Also people were upset how Vik left Mannat after sleeping with her but didnt do that to Malla. These divorce papers are the answers... in his mind he is married to Mannat... the social shaadi was just an extension. Even Aish accepts that in her way. And in their anxiety the witches actually provided legality to the terrace wedding.

Post leap is going to be a resurrection... except Vik everybody would have changed and Vik while trying to move on will still be stuck where he was left 7 years ago.... everything that he thinks is true is going to be brutally teared down!!!!

Glad Mannat could have a last say on the matter!!!!

I am in no way condoning Viks behaviour for Mannat RoTu or his angry outbursts. Neither the funeral outburst had that effect for me like their previous ones.

Its just that inspite of the forced leap, the story has been nicely set up.

Post leap would be about truths!!!! And Vikrants real family 👍

I had to watch the last confrontation between Manvik. And it was worth it. The whole sequence played out very well.

Like @moor has been saying, the divorce papers, were signed by Mannat and maybe Vikrant will not even know about it, like he doesn't know about the baby.

Compared to lot of other shows, the MU has been built up well, and well played by the vamps.

Between Manvik, everything has been reduced to zero. Except for Dua who is on her way.

- Malla made Mannat sign the papers. I hope the fact that Malla knew about the pregnancy comes out quickly. She said in front of so many people, it should be remembered that she knew and she hid it from Vikrant.

- While she was doing it, Vikrant was held back by Vish, he could see Mannat and Malla's conversation, couldn't hear.

- I liked how they have not touched the Dhairya-Mannat relationship at all. He only talks from a distance, he holds her but asks Ronny to take her and she cries on Ronny's shoulders.

- When Malla and Vish tried to stop him from going, they said Mannat does not want to meet him. This one bit I loved Vikrant, I saw a glimpse of the old Vikrant, he refused to listen to them, and walked towards Mannat.

- I actually loved this scene when he walks. Ronny and Dhairya walk past him, Ronny is so angry, he looks past him, Dhairya too. Neetu wants to got to talk to him, but Gagan stops her. Neetu is already not able to stand, I guess the shock will make her lose her coordination, and she stops walking.

- Manvik confrontation, he wants to touch her, hug her but she is talking to him, on the basis of the divorce papers. He does hold her; but she is almost passing out in anger. Tomorrow, he will start reacting as well.

Maybe one or max two episodes to the leap???

I know you like Vikrant... and I understand what he is doing... he has been repeatedly shown only one picture...

The problem is he is believing everything that the witches are telling him and not using his own mind!!!

Theres something called a gut feeling... like Scar pointed out... Vik did go to speak to Mannat... but the Vik we saw earlier wouldn't have waited and listened to Malla and Vish... he would have just run to Mannat. 💔

I understand and I do keep saying its for leap... as abhi clear kiya to leap ka jarurat hi nahi hai...

But like others have also pointed out.... we need some scenes of introspection on his behalf... if not now... post leap...

Like Adnan said.... Vik should sit with his emotions for 3 days before reacting.... Vik really should practice that post leap 😭

His karma is not getting to bid a last good bye to Shruti... but his actions have caused an unbearable pain to Mannat and also to Dua who is at no fault apart from being his daughter... she loses on his love too .... his suffering is not equal to what he put all others through...

These truth confrontations will tear Vik apart, especially when he learns about existence of his own child because when his child needed him the most, he was nurturing a random child instead.

I feel that back to back draining episodes and the shift to multiple episodes dilute the emotional depth of a scene. If it had been shown in a single episode, the impact would have been much stronger. I really liked how Ronnie didn’t even look at his face so much anger and frustration over his actions were conveyed in just a fraction of a seconds.

Its just that inspite of the forced leap, the story has been nicely set up.

Post leap would be about truths!!!! And Vikrants real family 👍 It will be about the choices he made pre-leap, which will lead to major consequences and conflicts in the story. The upcoming truth confrontations will shatter the illusions he has lived with for the past seven years and show how he will fight through every obstacle to win back his family.

Like adnan said, it should be Vikrant's fight to get back the love which was taken away from him without his knowledge.

They have weaved the story for post leap well, its just they need to focus more on leads and positive characters as how are they gonna tackle the mess created by vamps. I know they always save Vikrant by keeping him in the dark about many things but it wont work always. His "i didn't know" excuse wont work this time much because true, he really didnt know but he chose to keep some shitty people around and trust them blindly, malla and vishakha, who caused this mess. In this matter, Mannat actually has some strong witnesses to back her up, i'm sure either dk or ronnie are gonna throw it on his face.

The major thing this divorce did was give legitimate status to dua and to some extension, gave mannat a strong standing in the society. She won't be mocked as unwed mother. With this divorce i'm sure Vikrant will go all out in the court for custody, but i feel even mannat will put up a good fight by bringing skeletons out of the closet. Soon i feel she will settle down for joint custody and might pitch in to live in saluja mansion as she will use this chance to uncover the truths.

So overall the buildup looks strong and as you said moor, it seems either the divorce truth or yuvi's truth will pave a way for vikrant's redemption, malla will be the first one to get exposed.
