PC found it difficult because of the erratic work schedule set by SLB and his zeal for perfection...She never complained about it herself btw...We know it because Ranveer shared it during the promotions of DDD....

In fact even Alia mentioned how she found it very tedious during the Gangu shooting and had to call Ranveer for help who went to the sets and supported her through a tough scene....

Working with SLB as a director definitely can be a nerve-wrecking challenge...

As for Shahid... his role in the script seemed to be a bit more important... but SLB's sissors made it less... and also being on the 'good-guy' side was less impactful than the evil antagonist (reminds me of Sunny and his complaints relative to Darr).
