Whoever thought of including this specific verse from this song for the climax deserves a special thanks because it honestly elevates the whole sequence and the lyrics are so befitting for the life that Jaskirat is leading in that moment.

He’s literally been brought back from what seems like a death row sentence and given a second lease at life… but one that’s filled with what’s akin to poison too. The lyrics alone are sheer genius, getting Sonu Nigam for them makes the whole thing pure gold.

The ishq is for the motherland and laila se bhi nahin rukegi aka even his wife cannot stop him in his ishq for his country. Sonu's voice just elevated it!!!!

The soundtrack is a masterpiece with how they used the same qawwali in two songs - here in Move and in Ishq Jalakar!!!! And then incorporating rap to 80s synth pop to punjabi songs. Incredible achievement musically!!! How can Dhurandhar Pt 2 soundtrack top Pt 1...cannot wait to see what they do with Pt 2 given they have more time for it than they had for Pt 1 which was being shot till Oct end, a month before movie release!!!

And I agree with your last line, Dhurandhar made me appreciate the art of filmmaking yet again cause that is what the film is a work of art!!!
