Divorce for a wedding and the child born out of that wedding. Vik as a richer person has better chances of court granting him custody.

He denied paternity right? The vamps are not very kind. There is noone in that camp who will want Dua present in Vikrant's life. Dua is going to be told something by those bio grandmothers of hers. And will be made to see him with his other family.

It's in bio grandmothers best interest to make that kid hate Vikrant. Unlike in other shows where the family has "reasons" to hate the FL they always want the heir which becomes a problem for the PL. Here the bio grannies have already picked out an heir being raised by Malla. They won't let Dua get anywhere close to their fortune.

I watched the rushed episode today. Ayesha’s scene and dialogues were fabulous. She named her daughter Dua Babaji ki di hui dua and mentioned that the dada, dadi, mama, and nani will go far away and build a new life filled with love. No matter how much anger, hurt, or jealousy Vik was dealing with, what he did to Shruti is going to come back to him. Even if unintentionally, he enabled Shruti’s killers. And even if Malla is not aware that ARS and Vish killed Shruti, she has caused enough damage to Shruti to be equally responsible. I truly want Mannat to give them the same kind of treatment in return.

This seals the deal even better. If you all notice, malla indirectly has always made him part of crimes with this phone business or anything, eg. Bobby track. No wonder he is wearing shruti's kada. He will remember his last conversation with Shruti and how he didnt even talk to her. Post vishakha's expose it will be even more horrible guilt for him.

So now it seems post leap malla's kid stealing crime will be the last nail in the coffin and this time he will actually land up in the soup. Malla's expose will def happen through mannat only as she knows malla better and she will straight up realise that malla never wanted to become a mother due to her love for good figure and how she hates kids. So dcp and her will start connecting the dots mostly.

He can infact say I didnt know and now I want my child back.

The divorce if at all has happened makes Viks position stronger... not Mannats

See he will get Dua by hook or by crook as soon as he finds out, we know that. Where is the logic of a divorce for terrace wedding which was not even formalized. Wouldn't the court ask for wedding certificate
