I think he had a similar character in Kundali Bhagya. I haven’t watched the show but from the few glimpses I saw on Insta, he supported FL and her child post leap. The overall setup with the brothers and seperation felt quite similar. It seems like Jassi and Mukta have reused the same creative pattern here with some twist and turns, their favourite adjectives🤣🤣🤣

EK, I think they were the creatives there. Once, Manit posted a story tagging both Mukta and Jassi during the Kundali Bhagya celebrations. I guess they were part of that team, which is why Mukta casted him in Mannat, long association😉

The writers have been so good in showing a beautiful supportive bond between DK and Mannat, which evolved from their mutual love and concern for Vikrant’s wellbeing. Neither have any romantic intention, with DK developing a very good understanding Mannat and empathy for her situation. Agree Moor, both DK and Malla are props to come between ManVik, but with very different intentions and one knowingly to separate other wishing to bring together.

But the writers have a habit of drawing us in one direction then flipping characters for their ‘twist’. Let’s hope that DK bucks that trend and their relationship continues as a strong platonic friendship/guardian. Post leap this will irk Vik the most…. that DK has indeed taken his place in Mannat and RoTu’s life and seeing a child that he craved too. DK could develop romantic feelings for Mannat during 5 yrs but I don’t think he’ll voice to Mannat, but changing dynamics once brothers cross paths…..but Mannat will most certainly not and will consider her secret shaadi to stand.

Continues scope for MU track ….but still keeps door open for ManVik.

However if Malla Vik is wrong... so is DK Mannat and vice versa.

Contrary to all of you maybe... I feel DK mannat will progress from Brother sister to friend zone... since they would be sharing a house together for few years now... and DK will have a bond with the kid. It would be a more casual relax kind of bond than the one they have now.

If DKs characterization so far is a hint then there shouldnt be a romantic angle... sure he can be upset at his niece/nephew preferring Vik over time 🤷 but that should be about it

That’s what I am saying too… DCP and Mannat doesn’t have a romantic angle but that doesn’t mean they’re to be bound by brother and sister. he is a true friend! Not the friend definition from our past life…

over the period if he has a soft spot for Mannat nothing wrong in that too!

Gist is he convinced Mannat to talk to Vikrant.
Mannat did inform him that Vikrant thinks we both are having an affair

DCP was Vikrant shipper today says it’s all fed by Vish… so don’t worry and Vikrant loves you so you should talk.

Shruthi panics… compares ARS with Mannat… Ronnie says don’t compare Mannat has your upbringing.


Mannat goes to SM, Shruthi follows but Mannat requests to talk to him alone. Malla hears the conversation tries to stop Mannat. When she tries to push her by stomach Mannat folds Mallas hand behind her back… she says don’t even think of coming between me and Vikrant. You are not the malkin that you can stop me from coming into this home or see Vikrant… she goes up .. malla texts ARS…. Funny ARS reaches Vikrants room saying madam yeh glass leh loon…. VIsh is already talking to vik as she wants money …. ARS Shows the text about pregnancy to VIsh… she started her planning again to poison Vikrants mind

PS: DCP rocked it!!!! I loved loved loved loved DCP and Mannat today! The way he explained it to Mannat and even after knowing the allegation he still supported Vik…. One thing I can tell is DCP and Mannat both grew up without father so that help importance of why Mannat should inform Vikrant. this is going to play a part in why DCP will give the father’s name to Dua!

I hope to see the slap tomorrow and then I guess few episodes about Shruthi dying …. So brace yourself this was perhaps the last of few calm episodes!

Btw there was a scene where Vikrant is sulking going room to room… remembering Neetu Ronnie and Mannat…. But gadhe kah gussa abhi bhi hai at the end says did you actually love me or was this all natak….
