I am away from ITV for sure in my free time/aka feeding a fussy toddler. all I watch is Peppa pig and Calliou and bluey... these are far better than ITV for sure. smiley37

Bluey is pretty good . . . , how old is he now? 3?

Nope . Not about chemistry. It's GREAT. I LOVE THE ACTORS, THE JODI AND THE CHEMISTRY. HOWEVER....The scenes feel romanticized already. I know some might disgaree with the 'they're being shown as soulmates' but for me? uhun uhun! i don't like the extreme proximity b/w them already. I wish they could give us a good platonic bonding first until she turns 18 and then proceed to proximity, intimacy and raabta stuff. Someone on TT told me that the chem is too good for platonic scenes which I disagree. The best romance is in the subtle scenes that reflect more on mutual understanding, trust and respect. I hope they handle the sensitive topic of child marriage well.

I live for Seher and Kauser's scenes. I wish fanpages hyped them as well. I'm watching the show for them. Kauser is a very, very brave woman and I love how Seher is not loud but she has that quiet resilience to stand up for her ammi. They kind of remind me of Anupriya and Kalyani (from Tujhse Hai Raabta). Also, Parveez reminds me of Sartaj (from the same show). I also like Parveez and Amaan/Imam/Imaan or whatever his daughter's name is.

I don't want to talk about Mahid because I am genuinely triggered by the misogyny. And I know this story is about his redemption too so I will wait for his character to unfold.smiley1

THE MEN IN THE SHOW ARE ALL RAGE BAITERS WITH THEIR OWN SHADE OF RED.smiley36

Hi welcome here

Daughter’s name is Amal

My tv’s subtitles show Amaan and Amal alternatively

I enjoy the episodes Seher- Mahid and Seher Kausar and Mahid Fared (Apurva)

but not Parvez scenes (aka torture scenes) whenever he comes or his second wife comes I fast forward my Tv. Parvez should be locked in jail.

i think both the actor and the overall role of parvez is kinda like nothing extraordinary in terms of acting and execution...though i did like the scene where seher was controlling her step-mother's hand before the mehendi all over the place and started irritating both of them...

EPISODE 7 SPOILERS!!!!

1. SOOOO let's start with bacchi Seher. Such a beauty. I love her eyes and her outfit for today was so beautiful. I skipped her dance sequence (because I'm in my burnout phase for months now. Even tho I'm finally watching something, my brain cannot be THAT investedsmiley4).

2. Finally some Parveez - Kauser scene that is soft and aesthetic on it's own. The soulmatism between them is really beautiful. I know some are upset about their first scene but Kauser was peeping through the window like that...anyone would wrong her for a thiefsmiley39. But I do believe he didn't have to go that harsh. Compared to MaHer's angst that one scene was still nothing for me.

3. Kauser and Seher!! My shaylas! They deserve the worldsmiley19. Mahi Vij is a phenomenal actress. I heard she's doing a show after years and I'm glad she's doing. The whole cast is so good. We NEED THIS KIND OF TALENT ON OUR TV SCREENS.

Many are excited about MaHer's nikkah and it's kinda sad how people are STILL not realizing that she's actually a 'choti bachi' (yeah, Nazima she legally is). Poor Seher is already traumatized by their ideologies. Kinda surprising how Moulana heard her recite a verse and declared it without a second thought. I thought, he might be a strict, grumpy cultist with an eye for extreme scrutinization but turns out he's a verse-simp. Recite a verse, get his favorsmiley39.

4. Kinda appreciate how they're being real about the extent of this cultism. Like how Mahid's conscience screams 'wrong' but he's still blinded by the teachings he got from childhood so even though, deep down his conscience wants to help, it's foreshadowed by the pattern he's taught to follow.

5. I HOPE SOMEONE SAVES THAT LADYsmiley38.

It is good that in today's world child marriages are forbidden. But it still happens in many countries . I hope one day ppl be more educated and stop it. Also in Islam forceful marriages are haram. But in this drama they show many things which are against Islam.

I will give the makers a pass as they’re Hindu so won’t know much about Islam.

I also find the Urdu of Hindi serials weird, compared to Pakistani serials smiley36

I know writers might have no idea, but they can ask any muslim friend, or just follow the original plot of the Turkish show. See in this scene #sec :38 .. Seher said istiaza and basmalah like she was going to say a verse from Holy Quraan, but she said Hadeeth :

Yes. Their Urdu pronunciation is different. But I still believe if leads were muslims they might pronounce it better.. I remember Adnan Khan did better job in Ishq Subhan Allah.

Thank you for the update.

I am also against child marriage.. but I want to explain something, and I hope I am not giving a misinformation . In Islam there is an age of (takleef) which means the age in which muslims are ordered to watch for their doings, as they can be punished by the creater if they commit a sin. This age comes for boys when they are : 15 . And for girls when they have their 1st period. So they aren't considered children. From here.. this whole problem started.. coz many muslims find it ok to get them married after this age.

#3: Moulana doesn't even differentiate between verse of Quraan and Hadeeth of prophet Mohammad (s.A.a.w.s) . smiley36

#4 : I think Mahid won't be that bad once he gets out of his trauma. He needs to be treated by Fareed asap.

5. I HOPE SOMEONE SAVES THAT LADYsmiley38.-she was smeared with the black powder unfortunately.
