No I didn’t mean Mihir would be on the streets. I meant he could be isolated by the family even in the home itself. Becoming poor doesn’t automatically make him into someone who is getting punished. Besides he hasn’t cheated someone financially for this to be an equivalent punishment that serves as justice. Mihir has cheated on his wife, he has hurt her immensely. So the punishment should be him living in the same home as her and his family where everyone avoids him, no one has any sympathy for him and everyone is angry with him.

He says he feels disgusted by himself when he looks in the mirror, he should see that disgust in the eyes of his family aimed at him, know he’s lost all respect in their eyes.

This whole overnight thing of becoming poor just to bounce back is too OTT and frankly makes no sense. Men like Mihir don’t deserve to become an object of sympathy and poverty doesn’t have to be seen as a form of punishment regardless of what the crime is. Here I feel it doesn’t apply.

Pari toh hai na Ranvijay ke sath usse sach mein kya farq padta hai ki Mihir ammer ho yaa gareeb ...does she ever think about her family, carrer or life...she only has a dream to get free mein jayzaad and run away to abroad with Ranvijay...that's it...

Haa na....they got to chawl with pura khaandan... keeping saari as bedsheet on floor...I remember a bit then tullu was not Smriti mam...but Gautami mam I guess...

Noyona never said she wants to become bahu of SN or want to stay with Mihir's family. She wants Mihir to marry her and move in with her and together they would go on a world tour. So there is no question of her serving the Viranis.
