I'm purely going by Mukta's way of handling plot. Post leap, it will be Vimal rehash with Dk mannat. During Vimal, it was kind of portrayed that Vimal happened because mannat prioritized her mother over Vikrant. In same way, Vikrant's insecurity is pushing mannat towards Dhairya. Mukta didnt want to copy vimal exactly so instead of marriage, she will bind dhairya mannat through a child. During Vimal, mannat was not bound by anything, thats why she was able to pursue Vikrant. Here also, Vikrant will be free, so he will actively pursue his family one by one esp Mannat.

I for one genuinely dont think he will be married to Malla again. That was a leap of faith by Mukta and to balance that out, she showed mannat on the frontfoot with scammed shares. Right now, the leap itself is a leap of faith, she won't risk much with vimal again. This extreme negativity is to make gentle mannat transform into a hateful person towards Vikrant. Imo this will be only major victory by Vamps. Post leap will be mostly based on Vikrant.

The show is kind of divided into chapters. Chapter one was Manvik meeting eo, ars mannat meeting eo, Vikrant being mannat's bdb. Chapter two was Mannat knowing ars truth, mannat being Vikrant's bdb and manvik being lovers, now chapter 3 might be based more on Vikrant and his redemption, along with Mannat seeking revenge for her mother shruti and dealing with ars.

Mannat is nearing its one year and it’s high time the writers start doing justice to Vikrant’s character. So far, he has shown virtually no growth in his relationship with Mannat. Despite facing numerous situations and challenges, his character development has remained stagnant. In every track, Vikrant ends up being compromised, and this repetition isn’t even bringing them good TRPs. When you look at Manvik as a pair, Mannat’s growth is clearly visible, while Vikrant is still standing at the same point almost where he was during the Bobby case. The writers could have developed Vikrant gradually by addressing one fear or flaw per track. The lack of the character development is the reason for the audience panic. He is easily manipulated by the vamps that you wonder where exactly we are going to catch up with him five years later.

If we are saying he doesn't find out some truth before leap so what is he doing in the five years. What's going to stop the manipulation by the vamps? he is being remote controlled by them.

The logic you are explaining is making sense to me as i read it but considering how male characters have been treated in the show my fears will probably only dissipate when i see it reflected in the show🙈🙈

Wasn't the Mannat part from when Neetu was trying to kill herself? From the bts that came out yesterday she only went to SM in the evening with DK to look for her. I don't think she witnessed the attack.

Ikr and maybe thats why everyone is scared of post leap, but i'm saying this from plot's pov. The show hasn't progressed much since year due to one character only, Vikrant. His lack of growth truly shined in this track and maybe that was makers motive only because till now they always made mannat gloss over his mistakes.

To make post leap work, Vikrant needs to grow up and make efforts. All his support system won't be there for him to spoon feed him. Just like how mannat worked against odds to get Vikrant back from witches trap, in same manner he has to work and be a better version of himself post leap.
