When there is a doubt,it must be clarified. Film industry should a have a box office body,with multiple heads cross checking the numbers and it should be rotational. Only Bolly buffs remember the yearly Hgotys..others just remember their favourite film.

Far too many are really hell-bent to concentrate on the veracity of numbers... it would be a joke when regarding who does it and how it is done.

Quoting three posts which reflect what I always have maintained since having started to write here about movies: boxoffice numbers don't reflect the quality of a movie - and in the last years it became a kind of window-dressing... and please, stop to damn or praise movies for the corporate bookings (allegedly done/not done) because

1) it's mainly assertion as no verifiable research sources are given

2) corporate bookings have indeed become - in different forms - "a norm" , firstly to fill theatres with real people and then (since online booking) to fake the amount of the filling.

3) the real fraud is done when screenings are given as done (with income) when not done at all (like AA Films did - with proof - with Salaar put against Dunki) which is quite easily to prove at the locations itself.

4) the argument far too often get used to demean a movie, the makers and leading actors/actresses... in short, to spread negativity (especially when just asserting it to (the) gullible readers.

I skipped almost all twitter links given and just concentrated on what members wrote about their impressions when having watched the movie where I give my like irrespective if they praise it or not.

I've to wait with my own viewing impression but as I know quite well about the background of the movie, I definitely expect a kind of fictional 'documentary' touch, at least in the first part when Ranveer's character makes himself familier with the scene.

From the reviews, it is not a mass masala spy film like YRF spyverse. Single screens won't do well.
