Yes, it’s sad to see how stretched and unbearable this track has become. They could have easily wrapped it up within two weeks, but it now looks like it will continue for several more days. I read an interesting theory on X about Vik’s redemption arc….Mannat currently trusts DK and his goodness, and this will eventually push DK to exert rights over them after the leap. Gradually, his character will start revealing grey shades post Vik meeting his family. In one of the recent episodes, he even cut his hand and lied to protect Mannat, and later he may become possessive. This would supposedly force Vik to become the BDB for his family, and that’s how he would redeem himself and win his people back. I am not sure how well this theory fits right now. At the moment, Vik is simply trapped by Vish’s manipulation and is seeing everything through her perspective. His redemption completely depends on whether the writers want to initiate his realisation before the leap especially regarding how he has treated Mannat once she leaves SM. It will only work if he stops being egoistic and blind to what others say about her.
