ASR is no slave, but I know what you are saying. Momentarily, ASR got into his trap, but he trapped Shyam into his own plan of revenge. He was taking revenge on both. Shyam and Khushi. Pooe Khushi got in this mess between these two.

Well, we always have this tendency to forgive him. But here I feel the writing was off a bit. As we know, this forced marriage was forced into this show.

Barun did a fantastic job here; his expressions, without any dialogue, were what made us all love him.

He hugs her, and she says Leave Anjali. This moment has such an impact on his brain that he couldn't think or feel anything further.

You can say that, sometimes the rush of emotions makes your mind numb, and this is what he felt at that moment and couldn't think further after Shyam's declaration of his wife as a hurdle.

This sequence was way much painful, i remember when Barun mentioned that Sanaya was crying for three days in these epis. As ASR he couldn't stop letting Arnav hurt. Arnav was heartbroken in between the stretch of his love for his sister and his heart for Khushi. A part of him was refusing being denied in this whole mess that Khushi could even do it but his mind registered something else.

Thanks for bringing this memory back.

It was a battle of heart and mind, and mind took over. The sequence was painful to watch rather than thinking of their acting itself for the stretch of days.

Such a devastating night. The day started with joy, playfulness, shyness, hope and dreams almost came true only to be snatched in the last minute. Khushi looked ethereal in the simple orange outfit.

The whole sequence looked so believable. Even Shyam's quick thinking to turn things in his favor.

Well, love without pain is nothing. The most tremendous pain that comes from love is loving someone you can never have or let go of. He was standing at that spot.

These lines are well put together for a deep thought

Why on earth couldn't he feel anything because there was jealousy, there was manly ego, hurt, envy, and deceiving wave seeing Shyam holding his woman. He jumped to the conclusion that these two are deceiving him and his sister. She is after money and he is after other women. He is a womaniser like his father. All wounds opened instantly, and his heart felt nothing. This is why the first expression becomes the last. Until she put her life in danger for him and he felt her lifeless in his arms.

That last line is what the brutal reality is, we humans don't trust ppl until we get the brutal whip of life itself, seeing them either nearly dead or lifeless in front of us or seeing them leaving you for good. Pretty nasty fact it is.

The brain is like a cup, constantly and quietly being filled with numerous info in a short span of time. The trick here Shyam played was, knowing how to tip it over and let the beautiful stuff out of his mind and filled it with the ones which were simply fabricated lies.
