But I genuinely disagree with this narrative.He didn’t “bring it up” to paint himself as a victim.

This was asked by Mridul months ago, and the entire point of that conversation was that he openly acknowledged Akanksha’s stance with respect and acceptance. He didn’t blame her, didn’t complain, didn’t try to paint himself as wronged. He simply expressed his feelings which adults in long-term relationships are allowed to have.

And let’s be honest if a couple has already spoken about something publicly in interviews, it stops being some “secret” he exposed on national TV.This wasn’t shocking, new, or scandalous information.

The idea that he “threw her to incels” is unfair.

The incels were always there .. waiting to target women for any reason. That is not something he created. Blaming him for the existence of misogyny is like blaming a woman for being catcalled.

What I see is the opposite He consistently spoke about her with respect, love, and acceptance. He never once undermined her choices. The one thing they did showcase is that they are a mature couple capable of acknowledging differences without villainising one another.

The only person who is truly being wronged here is Akanksha yes...but by strangers on the internet who believe her personal decisions are up for debate.

Just hold the right people accountable not the partner who simply expressed his feelings while still supporting hers....

I am actually holding the right person accountable - Akansha s husband who thought a stranger can answer his question.

Gaurav has known Akansha s stance for 9 years. He still asked this question to the astrologer a random stranger. If he really respect his wife choices why ask this to a stranger?
