Farhana got angry with amaal because she thought that he put his glass on shelf because of malti.

Malti also gets jealous whenever she sees amaal and farhana talking or sitting together.

Aur tanya kaa toh sab ny dekha hi hai.

Its all for the show, Malti probably has a soft spot in real baki sab need an angle. Farhana is the same girl who said we cant let go of Baseer, she knows how to milk it. Tanyas whole game has been Amaal.
