GK'S better half
Today Ashnoor looked quite offended if not angry over this fact that GK had advised Pranit to prefer Abhishek over her.Every viewer or every fandom has a different perspective of what BB does my limited point is why is GK not still coming clear with his views? He even avoided having an open confrontation with Amaal today not putting his views strongly which gives the overall general impression that he's a manipulative backfooted player which he's not in reality. He might be a backfooted strategic guy but as far as I can see he never manipulated Mridul nor Ashnoor or even Abhishek and Pranit for that matter. GK puts his point in a dignified manner while accepting or asking for suggestions whether it's from Mridul Pranit or any other contestant but what he lacks is putting his views strongly before any contestant. I still don't get this thing why is GK continuing with his numbers game strategy or continues to play on the backfoot despite being seen as a strong contender or a possible winner. Perhaps his backfooted impression even caused BB to present him with a tough captaincy choice otherwise why did BB never provided the same tough choices to Amaal or any other contestant for that matter? GK is constantly being targeted for being on the backfoot and playing quite the safe game. In contrast Pranit puts his views openly and fights using witty humour so what's the guarantee that Pranit won't overtake GK one day in these 3 weeks? While GK can be appreciated for standing up for his group members GK forgets that even the members of his own group are potential challengers too. I think BB through its actions or games had always stated that it's an individual game not a group winner type game. Amaal Tanya or even Farhana for that matter are not going to sit idly and give GK a freepass just bcoz GK is portraying himself as the typical nice guy here.Staged fights manipulation or any other underhanded tactics would be adopted against GK if it's required to do so. Is GK so sure of his fanbase support that he won't get eliminated? Backfooted strategy has its limitations too.
I understand your POV, but personally I don’t feel GK is playing on the backfoot at all.
If he were a “safe” or “backfoot” player, he would *never* have taken the captaincy option this week. BB genuinely thought he would avoid risk so they could call him out later on WKV — but GK flipped the script. He took the tougher option, knowing it would put the whole house in nominations. That’s not backfoot, that’s **calculated boldness**.
Also, GK *does* put forth his opinions — just not in a loud, theatrical way.
– He told Pranit openly that Abhishek was the stronger contestant.
– He told Ashnoor calmly where she went wrong.
– He defended ashnoor and abhi in front of the entire house, even at the cost of getting nominated.
– He doesn’t backbite; he says things directly but with dignity.
--People underestimate GK’s sense of humour — his late-night banter with Pranit and Mridul was genuinely fun to watch
His style isn’t screaming or creating kalesh — his style is **measured clarity**. And honestly, that’s why so many mudde in the last few weeks revolved around him:
Ashnoor–Abhishek save logic, TV actors issue, nominations, then this captaincy jhol… GK is constantly part of the *core game*, not the sidelines. If he were on the backfoot, he wouldn’t be at the centre of so many discussions.
As for Pranit — he’s doing great too, and both can shine at the same time. But Pranit’s loud humour and GK’s calm logic are two different strengths. .Being dignified doesn’t mean being weak — and the way GK carries himself actually threatens other contestants, which is why he’s being targeted more now.
Truth is, GK sabko khattak raha hai because he’s a genuine threat.
In my view, Gaurav is not backfoot; he’s **strategic, aware, and still maintaining integrity**, which honestly is rare in BB. And that’s exactly why he stands out without needing to scream for footage.
Only tolerating this bs show because of GK.

I agree with all your points but sometimes you have to take the bull by it's horns.GK avoiding a direct confrontation with Amaal might look dignified to you or other GK fans but for others it gives a different impression that GK was a manipulative player who influenced Mridul behind his back which is not true. GK did not counter Amaal strongly yesterday when baseless allegations were thrown on the show at him. SK or any other host in its place might call out Amaal multiple times for his bad conduct but Amaal is not gonna stop adopting different tactics to win this game show. Pranit chose Ashnoor despite being advised by GK to retain Abhishek which showed that Pranit viewed Abhishek as a potential challenger and chose the occassion to remove Abhishek when presented with the choice to do so.So why this action never rung any alarm bells in GK's mind? And even Ashnoor might get eliminated in this midweek eviction so that would only leave GK with Pranit if you consider GK's group numbers. If GK chooses to avoid confrontation then BB would make the game more tougher for GK like it did with the captaincy option then.
I get your point, but I genuinely don’t feel GK is “avoiding confrontation” or playing from the backfoot.
**He DID take Amaal head-on** —
• In the nepotism discussion, he clearly put his points and even confronted Amaal when he called him “Malti.”
• In the captaincy task, he openly justified his choice and pointed out the double standards.
• On WKV, he calmly but firmly countered every allegation thrown at him.
Makers are clearly trying to isolate GK.
Just because he doesn’t shout or get abusive like others doesn’t mean he isn’t confronting. **GK argues with logic, not loudness**, and that’s exactly why some people misread him.
And honestly, if he was playing backfoot or scared, he would never have chosen captaincy knowing it would put the entire house against him.
About group numbers — GK doesn’t play group politics, he plays clean.
He cared for Mridul, stood by Ashnoor, explained things to Pranit… but never controlled or manipulated anyone.
If anything, **GK is targeted BECAUSE he plays upfront without noise**.
And BB makes the game tougher for him precisely because he doesn’t give them the
sabke saath jo galat ho raha uska hathoda GK ke ser bandh diya. It was like forcefully putting him alone. LIke asking everyone not to listen to him. Yahan, others do all kinds of kand - but that is never called.Originally posted by: monumalhotra

GK has bonds → ‘influencing’
GK chooses captaincy → ‘selfish’
GK plays with dignity → ‘pretending’
GK supports Abhishek → ‘bad friend’
GK being real → logo ko mirchi
GK being smart → insecurity
GK being dignified → frustration
GK ka existence hi unke liye threat ban gaya hai
Basically GK kuch bhi kare → galat hi hai 😭
Reality: logon ko problem GK se nahi, GK ke shine se hai 😌🔥
When is Ashnoor and Pranit look like being influenced by GK, but makers are forcefully putting it on their brain.
They should have praised his dignified attitude but they wanted to proudly show how biased they can be.
Makers will make it hard for GK but the determined person like him will shine in that as well and turn things to his side against all odds. Few weeks left. Let us all send him more strength - Dil Se.

GK play clean, against makers wish who is trying hard to pull his strings and that has irked makers. Why will he go at the level of Amaal and shout and talk demeaning. He has his class which Amaal, the nepo, definitely lack.
Non GK supporters ko kya lagta hai, who cares, woh waise bhi kon sa GK ko vote kerne wale hain
. His supporters can see how elegantly he handled and Amaal trigger hoker kaise jump ker raha tha - like tarapti hui fish.
