Tulsi already agreed. She simply doesn’t want them to take the relationship any further at this time when Angad is still technically engaged and set to marry Mittali. She wants that engagement to end and then for any kind of discussion or progression in Angad and Vrinda’s relationship which is a fair and reasonable thing to want and ask of her son.

She already told him she liked Vrinda since before and when she’s angry and slapped him, she does tell him that I repeatedly asked you if you’re sure of Mittali and want to marry her, if you like her or not. Which is again true. Tulsi was angry because Angad was given multiple chances to deny to get engaged.

He even went ahead with the engagement after exposing Mittali spreading rumours about him having an affair with Vrinda in front of Mihir himself. He tells his dad that he can’t get married to a girl with whom there are already such trust issues, forget about there being anything else that’s much more concrete like love and friendship or attraction for him to want to marry her.

He should have never agreed to get engaged to her and stuck to his guns after that. Mihir would’ve eventually understood that his son is not wrong in wanting the bare minimum - trust and decency - from his fiancé. Love can happen post marriage too once they are together but trust and decency are not something that you can eventually grow into a relationship. They are either there or not.

Hiten is elder to BOTH - Amar and Smriti

Last season this was a running joke offscreen that Tulsi literally has 3 sons who are older than her - Hiten, Sumeet and Akashdeep

But jokes aside, I think they’re not putting Amar and Ritu in many scenes together because the age difference between them is not much and the father daughter dynamic doesn’t come across naturally. That’s my personal opinion.

Yeah, I think Tulsi, Shobha and Hrithik will be pro Vrinda, eventually Daksha, Karan, Nandini too whenever they drop by.

Mihir, Pari and Gayatri are definitely anti Vrinda brigade. I see Hemant as neutral and Kiran might not stick around for long enough to matter much but at the moment he will be anti Vrinda brigade too but can play neutral too.

Tulsi will step into Baa’s role when it comes to Vrinda; as in she would accept her the way Baa accepted her post her marriage to Mihir and Mihir will fill in for Savita but because he can’t be shown at home being all scheming and manipulating all the time that dirty job will be done by Pari and occasionally Gayatri with Mihir probably turning a blind eye to any kind of involvement of Mittali, Suchitra and obviously his best friend in the world, Noyna.


I think this is how Noyna will be exposed in front of Tulsi at least and she would finally get to know her true colours. Initially Tulsi will not see it because she would see it only as fury and humiliation egging on Noyna for revenge and any other petty acts but something will tip her off eventually that there’s more to Noyna than meets the eye.
