Idk what's the issue was but maybe her involvement could have led to more popularity and show could have gone on for more time. In that gen namik character was good. His backstory and mystery with his mother brother was a good arc. They ruined it all

Kkb went off air as Ekta wanted ,not for Pranali not promoting ,promotion needs to be done by channel on tv promotion where there was no promotion from channel or ph side,if new generation comes it needs to be promoted like a new show ,but it was not done at all

No they didn’t had a single promo on tv ,this season only one promo start on leap but it was given on the same day which they launched,post that not a single promo was there
