Now that I have made peace with the leap news I am not ashamed to say I might watch post leap too. Primarily for AdSha and whatever they get to do.

Its credit to them that they are giving their 100% for such writing where they are not given a chance to even fully explore themselves... Adnan a bit more. This was supposed to be his track and he barely had 2-4 mins per episode for the past few weeks. That too casual strolling.

Ayeshas strength is emotional scenes which they over exploit in the name of drama. Poor girl gets no respite from any of this. Its just repeated attack and turmoil without a breather.

Mannat is unable to enjoy her own wedding.

That said I agree with the idea that marriage will end the story... might not be true every time but its true for ManVik. They can be kept apart only like this.

Emotionally they have bonded right from the beginning. After much of unnecessary denial on other characters parts... eventually everyone agrees that these 2 are meant to be together. Their connection was always so strong that they went back to each other every time and even in the worst of situations.

What they didn't have is a social and formal approval.

This leap might give that but it would be another of such tests.

I would like to see their issues resolved first rather than them hitting a rocky patch immediately after marriage.

This track might just be positive in one sense. The focus will be on leads and their bond. In one way or another.

And in the ITV ecosystem where TRP and no of episodes are counted as success... I would like both of them to have another superhit show on their name. Let it complete a year and then end on a high.

I wonder if that phase of constant under scanner news didn't affect the flow of the show. They probably needed to change a lot to their storyline in order to keep the show on air.

Offair news was as weird as this leap news. When rumors of offair started, the show was doing consistently well against Upma mother of all shows and then Upma+ tulsi together

They are very good at serving heartbreaks but have to admit what they dish out following the heartbreaks is usually great. The scam marriage was a pain but we got some beautiful Manvik moments during that period.

Here is to hoping after they break our hearts with this leap they will deliver some worthwhile content.

Aish's comeback was also a masterclass. Didn't see the fake death coming.

I too cannot leave Adsha and Manvik and that's why I would be hanging here too but still I need time to come to peace with the leap news....

I just keep coming back this….what can be worse than what he’s already faced and overcome to stay separated for 5 years! Aman truth isn’t that major tbh.

And if it’s not the Aman (part truth) and it really is MU, If they separate very soon after the wedding, will Mannu even know she’s pregnant? For him to know? And the MU between DK/Mannu can so easily be explained away?

In the real world partners forgive affairs and in some extreme cases even having another man’s child! Or if it’s in question, there are simple dna tests! I can’t see it being dragged to that level of ugliness here though.
