Hey everyone! I had nothing to do since this morning, and I was so bored out of my mind. On a whim, I decided to read one of my stories that I wrote years ago. However, I couldn't even grasp the direction I was trying to take with it. So, on a whim, I decided to rewrite the story.

What you can expect from this new version is the same plot but with a different direction. There will be more common sense and a slightly different writing style. But don't worry, I am still the same buimusi, just a little bit crazy!

This story was called fault in our Stars now it's called Forever Entwined

Part1

Arpita walked toward their table, looking troubled. “Yash, darling, you won’t believe who I just saw,” she said with a mix of disgust and worry, uncertain how Yash would react.

Yash frowned, putting down his phone as he looked up at her. “I saw her,” Arpita added cautiously, testing the waters.

“And I’m supposed to guess who you’re talking about from that brilliant statement of yours — ‘I saw her’?” Yash smirked.

“Smartass,” Arpita rolled her eyes. “I meant Aarti Rane,” she said, and Yash froze.

“Come on, let’s go say hi to Yash and Arpita,” Aman said to his wife as they approached Yash and Arpita. His wife whispered nervously, asking if he was sure, and Aman just nodded.

“Aman! What a pleasant surprise,” Arpita said nervously.

“Yes, me, Arpita — who else? Though I can’t say the same about you,” Aman replied sharply. Aarti and Yash stared at each other.

“Do you know each other?” Yash asked, looking between his wife and his best friend.

“Yes, they do,” Aarti said, glancing at Aman.

That’s when Yash really noticed her; he couldn’t help but be captivated by her beauty.

“Sadly, yes. I know your wife too well,” Aman said, still looking at Arpita, who avoided his gaze.

Aarti smiled weakly. “What the hell is she doing here? She doesn’t belong here,” Arpita whispered, glaring at Aarti.

Aman growled at Arpita. “This isn’t your restaurant, so she can go wherever she wants. And she’s with me,” he said firmly. Then he added, “She’s here because I want her here.”

Rolling his eyes, Aman muttered, “You always thought you were higher and better than everyone else. But honey, you’re no Miss Universe.”

Arpita's face flushed with embarrassment and anger as she glared back at Aman. Yash, sipping his lemon water, tried to stay calm. “So you and Aarti know each other?” he asked.

“Aaru is my girl best friend, while you’re my guy best friend. I know how possessive you can be about me,” Aman joked, and Yash playfully punched his shoulder, laughing.

“I see you’re still a drama queen. So Aarti is that ‘lost’ best friend of yours,” Yash smiled.

“Yes, and now she’s not only my best friend but my wife, too,” Aman said proudly.

Yash took another sip of his drink — and accidentally spilled it out.

“So you married her because she got pregnant?” Arpita smirked harshly.

“No. I married her because I love her, and she got pregnant on our honeymoon. I can’t wait to hold my daughter in my arms,” Aman said with a warm smile.

Arpita’s smirk faded into a frown, while Yash’s mouth hung open in shock.

---

"It's a boy," Aarti and Yash said in unison.

"What makes you so sure?" Aman asked.

"A mother just knows these things," Aarti replied confidently.

"And what about you, Yash?" Arpita glared at her husband.

"Look at her. Her nose is bigger than her eyes," Yash rolled his eyes. Aman stared at Yash, while Arpita smirked. Aarti gave Yash a sharp glare and then left.

"What the hell, man? Do you know how emotional pregnant women can get? Now I have to deal with an angry wife of mine instead of my sweet, caring one. You better talk to her and fix this—I don't want a grumpy Aarti tonight."

"I'll talk to her, Aman," Yash said.

"You better," Aman said. Yash went to the waiter, ordered something, and afterward went to look for Aarti.

He found her in the garden, angrily throwing tree leaves into the fountain.

"Hey," he said gently. Aarti glared at him.

"What do you want?" she snapped.

Yash couldn’t help but smile because she looked cute when she was mad.

"What is there to say?. You're smiling. What else is left? Just say it I have big boobs now."

---

Inside the restaurant:

"Why are you with someone like her?" Arpita glared at Aman.

"Because she’s not a cold-hearted murder like you," he hissed.

Aman's bitter words reopened Arpita’s wounds, and tears welled in her eyes. Aman looked away, unable to see her tears.

"I'm going to look for my wife," he said, and Arpita silently followed him, intending to ask Yash to take her home.

---

"My cute firecracker, I came to apologize. And yes, your boobs are round and full now, They are at it's peek " Yash said, unable to take his eyes off her breasts. " How nice of you to say. Thank you for stating the obvious Scindia " She scowled at him and he laughed.

She forgave him as he bribed her with their favorite treat—jalebis. But Aarti slapped Yash.

"Hey, what was that for?" he asked, placing his palm on his face.

"Oh, that was for bribing me. You should have just apologized," she said.

"Then give them back to me," he teased.

"No!" Aarti said, running away from Yash, who started chasing her. They giggled like old times, caught up in the moment.

Yash caught Aarti, and they stared at each other as if they were the last two humans on Earth—until their little bubble was popped by Aman, who cleared his throat.

He looked at Yash uneasily but smiled at Aarti, who called his name.

"Aman, look what Yashu got me," she said with a smile.

"Aaah, I see. Let's go home. It was good to see you, Yash," Aman said, wrapping his arm around Aarti’s shoulder.

"Likewise. Bye, Aarti. It was nice seeing you again. You should come home—Mom misses you, you know. " Yash said.

"Okay, tell her I’ll visit when I’m free. Bye Yash, Arpita," Aarti said, laughing at what Aman whispered in her ear.

" Amie you seem too quiet is everything ok. " a worried Aarti asked as she paid her full attention on Aman. " Yes am fine Aarti " Aman faked a smiled. " Spit it out Aman.'' Aarti frowned him. " I know you. You are definitely hiding something from me. '' Fine I will tell you because you won't let rest in piece. What's going on between you Arpita and Yash.

" Nothing you know Arpita is just a sour stray drenched forest kitten " Aarti looked everywhere but Aman. " Nothing. Really Aarti I thought we have pass that. Wait a minute. Yash is the father of your child. " Aman said.

" Yes he is the biological father but you are the only father our little Bean's would know. " Wow. '' he did know what he should say. " Arpita is your first love who choose wealth over you. '' she asked.

'' Yes but how did you know. " He asked. '' I gathered that mush. Arpita has this unique ability to bring the worse in people but we don't hate and love her the much you do. " She said still eating the jelabies Yash gave her.

" Aaru I will be going out of town for a month. " He changed the topic and Aarti pretend as if she didn't notice it. " Hmm okay so when are you leaving. '' she said.

'' Tomorrow at noon. " He replied. " So soon. What will I do without you. I will miss you. But do you really have to go. " she said sadly. " Yeah I have too and I will miss you too. I will be back before you know it. " he smiled. Aarti and Aman went to bed. Cuddling in each others arms. Talking about their future. Aman even confessed his love for Aarti and Aarti accepted his confession. They shared a sweet kiss.

Aarti watched Aman sleeping. '' I have to try harder to forget Yash and give my all to Aman and this relationship he has been nothing but good to me. When he return I will give myself to him thought Aàrti. '' Aarti thought.

Yes Aman had guessed that Yash is the baby's father from the awkward atmosphere between Arpita and Aarya while Yash doesn't know is going to be a father.

Part 2

At Yash's beach house, a frustrated Yash stared at Aarti as she continued to cry. "Aarti, will you please stop crying so we can talk about what happened earlier?" he said, running his hand through his hair.

"What is there to talk about, Yash? We betrayed our spouses. How will I ever face Aman? I shouldn't have accepted a ride from you. What was I thinking? No, I wasn't thinking at all," she sobbed.

"What's done is done, Aarti. There's no point in wallowing in self-pity. We'll have to deal with this just like we did four months ago. We shouldn't tell them a thing. We must behave the same way we did with Arpita the first time we had sex," he said, looking out the window.

"Go and take a bath. I'll shower in the next room, and then we can talk," he suggested. Aarti was resolute. "There is nothing to talk about," she folded her arms defiantly. "Aarti, go clean yourself up, or I'll have to give you a bath, and you know what the outcome would be. So please don't force my hand here, okay?" he said with a look that warned her not to test his patience.

Aarti quickly got off the bed and headed straight to the bathroom. Once she shut the door, she leaned against it, placing her hand over her heart to calm its rapid beating and regain control of her breathing. Meanwhile, Yash went to the next room to shower.

After her bath, Aarti found Yash waiting for her in their favorite hideout. "I knew I'd find you here. I'm leaving," she said.

"Yes, this was our hideout. We used to spend hours here when we were 16. We need to keep this hidden from them, Aarti," he said, walking toward her. He took her hand and led her to a cozy spot. Aarti hesitated but eventually sat down.

"You are unbelievable, Yash. I'm not like you. I will not keep this from my husband," Aarti hissed.

"What is that supposed to mean? You think I'm enjoying this? You think I can't stay faithful to my wife because of you?" he hissed, clearly frustrated.

"I can't pretend nothing happened," she cried. "Well, too bad, Aarti. You have to. Aman and Arpita must never find out about what happened between us tonight," he insisted.

"I don't know, Yash. I don't know if I can keep this huge secret. I've never kept anything from Aman before. He would be shattered if he knew that I slept with you again," she said, tears streaming down her face.

"Aarti, I know it's hard, but you have to stay quiet about this. We can't hurt them," Yash pleaded, kneeling in front of her and cradling her cold hands in his warm ones. "This is for them," he added just before kissing her passionately.

"No, no, Yash, we can't. This has to end," Aarti said softly, resting her forehead against his. He nodded. "So you won't tell him, right?" Yash asked, standing back up.

"Fine, but we should never be left alone again, unsupervised," she replied. "Wait, Aman knows that we had sex before," he asked.

"Yes, I told him everything," she replied. He simply nodded. "Don't worry; he won't tell Arpita about what happened between us four months ago," he assured her.

"I hope so," she said. Just then, they both received calls that would change their lives forever. "What? Okay, thank you, I'll be there shortly," said AarYa, answering their cellphones.

"That was from the hospital. They said Arpita was involved in an accident," he said, his handsome face clouded with worry. "Aman was in an accident too," they both confirmed as they rushed to the hospital. There, they learned that Arpita had died on the spot. As Yash cried, Aarti tried to console him in any way she could.

In the ward with Aman, Aarti asked, "Aman, are you alright? How did the accident happen?"

"I don't know. All I remember is that her car came out of nowhere and crashed into mine," he said, and Aarti nodded, concerned. "How is she?" he asked hesitantly. "She didn't make it," she replied. "Oh, how is Yash doing?" he inquired.

"Not good," Aarti said, fresh tears welling in her eyes. "Call Yash in, please," Aman requested, and Aarti obliged. Yash entered, asking Aman how he was feeling while Aman replied Yash the question.

"Aarti, Yash, can you do me a favor?" he asked gravely, and Aarti promised that she would do anything for him. "What is it, Aman?" Yash asked, looking as though the weight of the world was on his shoulders.

"Promise me first that you will do it," he insisted, and given his agitated state, they had no choice but to agree. "Yes, we promise," AarYa affirmed.

"Yash, please will you marry Aarti?" Aman asked, and both AarYa were taken aback. "No Aman!" Aarti cried. "What? No way. I can't even think about that. I'm sorry, Aman, my wife isn't even buried yet, and you want me to consider remarriage? What kind of medication are they giving you?" he said incredulously.

"You promised, Yash. Aarti, please leave us," Aman said, and Aarti complied, stepping out of the room as he had requested.

'' I know I will never make it. I will rest in peace if Aarti and our child is well taking care of. You are the only one I can trust with my precious gems. " Aman said as he struggled to breathe.

" No Aman I will do anything except that. You are asking to much of me. I can't marry Aarti. " He replied.

" Please Yash. '' Aman begged him, Yash who couldn't see Aman struggle he finally gave in and agreed to marry Aarti.

Yash can you please call Aarti in. " Aman said Yash left the room. Aman called Aarti towards him. " Aarti, Yash agreed to marry you. Marry him for our child. He/ she will need a father. This is written in our stars. " He said.

" It more like fualt in our stars. " Aarti cried. " Aarti please don't cry. " Aman said. "

'' Okay Aman I will marry Yash, if that helps you feel at ease. " She said. " Thank you sweetheart. Can you hold me in your arms. One last time. '' Aman requested and Aarti held Aman in her her arms. Aman gave his last breath in her arms. Aarti cried. Yash hugged a weeping Aarti in his arms.

A week later they combined Aman and Arpita's funeral. Yash told his family that he will marry Aarti the following day he wanted to get this over and done.

Gayatri, Pratriek, Suraj Pratap, Malhar, Pranjan and Vidhi were happy that Yash and Aarti will get married except Maya, who loved Arpita like a daughter while Gayatri loved Aarti like a daughter. Aarti was living at the Scindhiya mansion.

At The SM " Yash please forget Arpita and move on with Aarti because Aarti is your present and future now while Arpita was your your past.

How can you ask that of me. Mom how can you ask me to move on when I had promised Arpita that I will never give her place to someone else.

Yash you're not giving her place to anyone else, you are giving Aarti her place and Aarti is not just anyone else she's your wife. Does Arpita even deserve that place hah. " Gayetri frowned.

" Ma please, stop it " Aarti said tiredly. " Does she Yash. " Gayetri ignored Aarti's tired plea. " Mom please. " He frowned. " Àarti deserve that place. She forgive you after you took her innocent. " Gayetri glared at her son. " Mom enough. " Yash got up from his seat.

" Am just saying. Plus you know am right who in her sane mind take that kind of promise from someone they claim that they love. " Gayetri got up too from her seat. " The biggest stupid fool is the one who agreed to that f**king stupid promise. " Gayetri mumbled but Yash heard her.

" You know that I heard you mom. Sorry mom I can't do that I have already broke my marriage vow by sleeping with Aarti. " Yash said. " My stupid son was meant to hear it " she said with some attitude, as she walked away.

" Drama queen. " He said as he watched his mother walk away. "
Arpita has always been faithful to me. I owe her this much to do what she had asked of me. " thought Yash.
